Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Flachstahlbetonanker für Betonfertigteile, die üblicherweise einen nahe der Oberfläche des Betonfertigteils liegenden Anschlußbereich mit einer Öffnung für ein Hebezeug und einem tiefer im Betonfertigteil liegenden Verankerungsbereich umfassen, der an mindestens einer Stelle aus der Ebene des Flachstahls hervorstehende Abschnitte aufweist, durch die im wesentlichen quer zur Beanspruchungsrichtung gerichtete Aufsattelflächen für den Beton gebildet sind. Diese hervorstehenden Abschnitte werden durch hakenförmige Abbiegungen gebildet, die gleichzeitig dazu bestimmt sind, Bewehrungsstäbe oder Zulageeisen zu umgreifen. Durch diese Form sind die Flachstahlbetonanker bezüglich ihrer Lage an die Richtung des Zulageeisens gebunden, was insbesondere bei sehr schmalen Betonteilen zu Problemen führen kann. Der Flachstahlbetonanker soll im Verankerungsbereich des Flachstahls mit einer Öffnung (5) versehen sein, neben der seitliche Stege (6, 7) verlaufen, die durch Verformung gegensinnig aus der Ebene des Flachstahls gewölbt sind. Durch diese Form soll die Öffnung zusätzlich zum orthogonal zur Flachstahlebene vorhandenen Öffnungsquerschnitt auch einen Öffnungsquerschnitt in einer Parallelen zur Flachstahlebene besitzen.
