Die Erfindung geht von einem Hochfrequenz-Breitbandübertrager nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 aus.The invention is based on a high-frequency broadband transmitter according to the preamble of claim 1.

Es ist weiterhin bekannt, zum Übertragen von hohen Frequenzen bis zu 860 MHz anstelle eines Übertragers einen Vorwiderstand zu verwenden. Die damit verbundene Dämpfung von 4 dB muß dann durch eine um 4 dB höhere Hochfrequenzleistung ausgeglichen werden. Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Hochfrequenz-Breitbandübertrager gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil dieses Anspruchs aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst. Ein Hochfrequenz-Breitbandübertrager mit diesen Merkmalen überträgt Signale innerhalb eines Frequenzbereiches von zum Beispiel 47 bis 860 MHz. Ursache hierfür ist das Verdrillen der Drähte der beiden Wicklungen, durch die die sonst auftretende Serienstreuinduktivität, die stark bandbreitenbegrenzend wirkt, kompensiert wird. Die hohe Breitbandigkeit bleibt auch erhalten, wenn die Windungsverhältnisse von erster und zweiter Wicklung nicht gleich, sondern verschieden sind.This object is achieved in a high-frequency broadband transmitter according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features listed in the characterizing part of this claim. Nach Fig. 2 ist der Ferritkern ein Doppellochkern DK mit zwei Löchern L1 und L2. Durch die Löcher hindurch sind die miteinander verdrillten Wicklungen W1 und W2 gewickelt. In dem angenommenen Beispiel hat die erste Wicklung W1 zwei Windungen und die zweite Wicklung W2 drei Windungen. An den Ausgang O ist eine Laserdiode LD angeschlossen, die zum Beispiel eine Impedanz Z = 25 Ω aufweist. Die Kondensatoren C1, C2 bewirken eine Kompensation von parasitären Induktivitäten des Übertragers Ü.
