Description

The present invention relates to an alpine ski boot with rear entry, constituted by a rigid shell of which a shell bottom is surmounted by a rod at least partially articulated on the latter and itself constituted by a rear part or rear cover which can be folded down with respect to a front part or front cover, around a transverse axis, said shell being padded internally by a flexible liner. This slipper envelops the foot and the lower leg and is interposed between the latter and the rigid shell. It comprises in particular, on the one hand a rear wedge capable of covering a rear introduction opening and on the other hand a front wedge, the two wedges being pressed respectively to the aforementioned rear and front covers and made of a foam constituting a receiving support comfort cover with or without removable cover.

In known shoes of this type, a major difficulty lies in the fact of having to ensure a continuous sliding of the heel, during the introduction of the foot into the liner or its extraction, without any obstacle.

Indeed, in the aforementioned type of shoe, for example such as that described in document EP-A-279 074, the rear opening of the boot is delimited at its lower part by a rim constituting the top of the heel of said boot and at proximity of which is the lower end of the rear wedge, so that it covers said opening, or the heel flange, when closing the rear cover on the front cover. It should be noted however that if in the closed position the lower end of the rear wedge comes to be placed substantially in continuity with the heel edge of the boot, it is not the same in the open position, during the introduction of the foot precisely. Indeed, said rear wedge being driven by the rear cover on which it is fixed, it creates, in the hinge zone of the latter with the bottom of the shell, an angular detachment of the lower end of the rear wedge relative to the heel edge, which results in a vacuum breaking the continuity of the whole. In use, it has been found that such a vacuum is such as to favor the abutment of the heel of the user's foot, when it is inserted into the boot, against the abovementioned rim of the rear part thereof. , and therefore to gradually deform said rim and thereby constitute a point of discomfort.

To remedy this, it is known to have a tongue at the rear base of the front wedge, more precisely at the lower part of the rear opening of the liner as taught in document EP-A-107 841. Such a tongue is attached by gluing or sewing and has a free end facing upwards. It in fact ensures the wrapping of the posterior part of the heel and therefore closes by covering the aforementioned opening for introducing the foot and promotes tightening of the lateral edges of the opening. In this case, the rear wedge is in fact made up of two parts, one pressed against the rear cover and the other, the tongue, disposed at the rear of the wedge, front, as described in the document IT- Z-193 847 which refers to the priority document of EP-A-107 841, which document IT-Z-193 847 thus representing the prior art corresponding to the preamble of claim 1 appended. This results in a particular arrangement of the tongue so that its junction with the rear wedge part integral with the cover is ensured without discontinuity to avoid areas of offensive relief. In addition and above all, with regard to the comfort of use during putting on, it is often necessary to intervene manually on this tongue to spread it during the introduction of the foot, otherwise it tends to be driven downwards by the latter.

To remedy these drawbacks, it has also been envisaged to produce a one-piece liner therefore without an articulated rear wedge.

In the case of a shoe with rear entry of the type of those described in documents AT-B-339,772 or US-A-3,895,452, it was nevertheless necessary to provide for a possible clearance of the rear part of the one-piece liner to allow the introduction of the foot.

For this, it has been imagined, as in the example of document FR-A-2 368 239, a liner comprising two lateral pleats forming a bellows allowing the front and rear parts thereof to follow the opening movements or for closing the front and rear covers.

Such a technique has other types of drawbacks, namely the need to adapt a very sophisticated molding technique, and nevertheless to create other areas of discomfort, at the folds this time.

The present invention aims to remedy all these drawbacks and to this end relates to a shoe according to claim 1 attached. In this way, it is easy to understand that one avoids the overturning of the rear part of the liner forming the heel during the introduction of the foot.

According to an advantageous characteristic, the boot tongue is of a length such as to extend along the internal part of the heel of the boot and of a rear part of its internal sole constituting its bottom. Thus, it is the very heel of the user which immobilizes said tongue both in its vertical and horizontal part. Preferably, the boot tongue is obtained by an extension of the comfort covering of the rear wedge.

According to another advantageous characteristic, the boot tongue comprises at its free end removable fixing means arranged on its face directed towards the sole of the boot. and which consist of a system of hook-and-loop hooks, attached to the parts in correspondence with one another. In this way, it prevents a reversal of the tongue during heaving. In addition, the rear wedge remains independent and removable from the rest of the liner. In such a configuration, the tongue provides additional comfort, in particular at the level of the bead of the heel of the liner and in this zone constitutes a flexible hinge.

The following description made with reference to the appended drawings will make it easier to understand how the invention can be implemented.

Figure 1 is a perspective view along a longitudinal section of a shoe provided with a rear wedge.

Figure 3 is a plan view of a rear wedge, extracted from the shoe.

Figure 4 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the shoe, provided with the rear wedge.

According to the invention, the ski boot 1 represented in FIG. 1 comprises a rigid shell 2 of which a shell bottom 3 is surmounted by a rod 4, at least partially articulated on the latter by means of means lateral articulation or flexion zone not shown.

In this example of construction, the rod 4 is itself constituted by a rear part 5 or rear cover, which can be folded down relative to a front part 6 or front cover, around a transverse axis 7 crossing lower lateral extensions of said shell 2 at its back.

The shell 2 is padded internally by a flexible boot 8 which envelops the foot and the lower leg, and which is interposed between these and the rigid shell 2. It comprises, on the one hand a rear wedge 8b capable of styling a opening 9 for rear introduction of said liner 8, and on the other hand a front wedge 8a. The two wedges 8b and 8a are respectively associated with the rear covers 5 and front 6. The wedge 8a is in this example of construction, retained by fitting into the front cover 6 and the bottom of the shell 3 and the wedge 8b via '' a clip 10 crossing both the latter and the cover 5.

Cet habillage de confort peut par exemple être constitué d'un tissu à mailles type "Jersey".The liner 8 is produced in a manner known per se, in a cast or molded foam, for example, constituting a support for an internal covering 11 of comfort, removable or not. The covering 11 is broken down into a part 11a simultaneously covering the front wedge 8a and the sole 8c constituting the bottom of the liner 8, and a part 11b covering the rear wedge 8b. This comfort covering can for example be made of a "Jersey" type mesh fabric.

Avantageusement, cette languette de chaussage 11c est obtenue par un prolongement de la partie 11b de l'habillage de confort 11 de ladite cale arrière 8b.According to the present embodiment, the rear wedge 8b of the liner 8 has at its lower part 8d directed towards the front wedge 8a, an extension which extends downwards and which constitutes a boot tongue 11c. Advantageously, this boot tongue 11c is obtained by an extension of the part 11b of the comfort covering 11 of said rear wedge 8b.

Bien entendu, la languette de chaussage 11c pourra très bien être obtenue également à partir d'un prolongement du support en mousse constituant la cale arrière 8b.The comfort covering 11 being, in the present case in jersey type fabric, the boot tongue 11c thus obtained is consequently flexible and therefore capable of conforming to the conformation of the internal part of the heel 8e of the liner 8 by covering 11a interposed . Furthermore, the length of the tongue 11c is such that it has a free end 11d capable of being able to extend, without discontinuity, also over a rear part of the sole 8c constituting the bottom of the bootie 8. Of course, the boot tongue 11c may very well also be obtained from an extension of the foam support constituting the rear wedge 8b.

It is easy to understand from the above and with the help of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 that the void 12, formed in the hinge zone of the rear wedge 8b and of the bottom of the hull 3, is thus covered and removes any risk. at the foot in the boot, to come into abutment against the rim 8f of the heel 8e of the boot 8.

The free end part 11d of the tongue 11c comprises removable fixing means arranged on its face directed towards the sole 8c of the liner 8 and more precisely towards the part 11a of the covering 11 covering it. These fastening means are constituted by a system of hooks 13 arranged on a support attached to the tongue 11c and self-gripping on non-visible loops which are either attached to a support secured to the sole 8c or to the part 11a of the 'covering 11, or consist of the same material of said covering, of an appropriate texture.

Of course, the removable fixing means of the boot tongue 11c can also, according to an alternative embodiment not shown, be constituted by a system elastic fitting of a pressure button of the tongue 11c, in a corresponding cavity of the inner sole 8c of the liner 8 constituting its bottom.

As the figures show, the comfort of the user is further improved by a removable comfort sole 14 attached to the inside of the liner 8 covering the sole 8a thereof constituting its internal bottom. There is thus a pinching of the free end 11d of the tongue 11c provided with the fixing means 13, between said soles 8c and 14, when the heel of the foot is pressed, in use. This tends to perfect the maintenance of the tongue 11c and to prevent it from turning over during heaving.
