Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an alpine ski boot with rear entry, constituted by a rigid shell of which a shell bottom is surmounted by a rod at least partially articulated on the latter and itself constituted by a rear part or rear cover which can be folded down with respect to a front part or front cover, around a transverse axis, said shell being padded internally by a flexible liner. This slipper envelops the foot and the lower leg and is interposed between the latter and the rigid shell. It comprises in particular, on the one hand a rear wedge capable of covering a rear introduction opening and on the other hand a front wedge, the two wedges being pressed respectively to the aforementioned rear and front covers and made of a foam constituting a receiving support comfort cover with or without removable cover.
In known shoes of this type, a major difficulty lies in the fact of having to ensure a continuous sliding of the heel, during the introduction of the foot into the liner or its extraction, without any obstacle.
Indeed, in the aforementioned type of shoe, for example such as that described in document EP-A-279 074, the rear opening of the boot is delimited at its lower part by a rim constituting the top of the heel of said boot and at proximity of which is the lower end of the rear wedge, so that it covers said opening, or the heel flange, when closing the rear cover on the front cover. It should be noted however that if in the closed position the lower end of the rear wedge comes to be placed substantially in continuity with the heel edge of the boot, it is not the same in the open position, during the introduction of the foot precisely. Indeed, said rear wedge being driven by the rear cover on which it is fixed, it creates, in the hinge zone of the latter with the bottom of the shell, an angular detachment of the lower end of the rear wedge relative to the heel edge, which results in a vacuum breaking the continuity of the whole. In use, it has been found that such a vacuum is such as to favor the abutment of the heel of the user's foot, when it is inserted into the boot, against the abovementioned rim of the rear part thereof. , and therefore to gradually deform said rim and thereby constitute a point of discomfort.
To remedy this, it is known to have a tongue at the rear base of the front wedge, more precisely at the lower part of the rear opening of the liner as taught in document EP-A-107 841. Such a tongue is attached by gluing or sewing and has a free end facing upwards. It in fact ensures the wrapping of the posterior part of the heel and therefore closes by covering the aforementioned opening for introducing the foot and promotes tightening of the lateral edges of the opening. In this case, the rear wedge is in fact made up of two parts, one pressed against the rear cover and the other, the tongue, disposed at the rear of the wedge, front, as described in the document IT- Z-193 847 which refers to the priority document of EP-A-107 841, which document IT-Z-193 847 thus representing the prior art corresponding to the preamble of
To remedy these drawbacks, it has also been envisaged to produce a one-piece liner therefore without an articulated rear wedge.
In the case of a shoe with rear entry of the type of those described in documents AT-B-339,772 or US-A-3,895,452, it was nevertheless necessary to provide for a possible clearance of the rear part of the one-piece liner to allow the introduction of the foot.
For this, it has been imagined, as in the example of document FR-A-2 368 239, a liner comprising two lateral pleats forming a bellows allowing the front and rear parts thereof to follow the opening movements or for closing the front and rear covers.
Such a technique has other types of drawbacks, namely the need to adapt a very sophisticated molding technique, and nevertheless to create other areas of discomfort, at the folds this time.
The present invention aims to remedy all these drawbacks and to this end relates to a shoe according to
According to an advantageous characteristic, the boot tongue is of a length such as to extend along the internal part of the heel of the boot and of a rear part of its internal sole constituting its bottom. Thus, it is the very heel of the user which immobilizes said tongue both in its vertical and horizontal part. Preferably, the boot tongue is obtained by an extension of the comfort covering of the rear wedge.
According to another advantageous characteristic, the boot tongue comprises at its free end removable fixing means arranged on its face directed towards the sole of the boot. and which consist of a system of hook-and-loop hooks, attached to the parts in correspondence with one another. In this way, it prevents a reversal of the tongue during heaving. In addition, the rear wedge remains independent and removable from the rest of the liner. In such a configuration, the tongue provides additional comfort, in particular at the level of the bead of the heel of the liner and in this zone constitutes a flexible hinge.
The following description made with reference to the appended drawings will make it easier to understand how the invention can be implemented.
Figure 1 is a perspective view along a longitudinal section of a shoe provided with a rear wedge.
Figure 3 is a plan view of a rear wedge, extracted from the shoe.
Figure 4 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the shoe, provided with the rear wedge.
According to the invention, the
In this example of construction, the rod 4 is itself constituted by a
It is easy to understand from the above and with the help of FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 that the
The
Of course, the removable fixing means of the
As the figures show, the comfort of the user is further improved by a
