Bei einer gegenwärtig vielfach verwendeten Verriegelungsvorrichtung besteht das Gegenelement aus einem zweiarmigen Verriegelungshaken, dessen Hakenfortsatz in der Verriegelungsstellung die Handhabe übergreift und im Aufnahmeschlitz des Aufnahmeteils festhält. Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen eine Drehstange 1, an welcher eine Handhabe 2 schwenkbar befestigt ist. Die Handhabe 2 ist in den Aufnahmeschlitz 4 eines als unten offenes Gehäuse ausgebildeten Aufnahmeteils 3 einlegbar. Sie wird in dieser Lage von einem aus einem Profilmaterial hergestellten, schwenkbaren zweiarmigen Verriegelungshaken 5 festgehalten, dessen Hakenarm 6 im Gehäuse 3 angeordnet ist und mit einem Hakenfortsatz 7 in einen Schlitz 19 in der Handhabe 2 eingreift. Der andere Arm des Verriegelungshakens 5, nämlich der Betätigungsarm 8, ragt unten aus dem Gehäuse 3 hervor. Als Schwenkgelenk weist der Verriegelungshaken 5 eine waagrecht verlaufende Nut 10 auf, mit der er auf einer Leiste 11 am Gehäuse 3 reitet. Kurz über dem Schwenkgelenk befindet sich im Verriegelungshaken 5 eine Ausnehmung 13, in der jeweils ein Ende von zwei Blattfedern 9 festgelegt ist. Die Blattfedern 9 stützen sich an der gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewandung 12 ab und drücken dadurch sowohl den Verriegelungshaken 5 in die Verriegelungsstellung als auch auch die Nut 10 gegen die Leiste 11. Die beiden Blattfedern 9 befinden sich links und rechts von einem Zylinderschloß 14, welches in die Gehäusewandung 12 eingelassen ist. Die Schließzunge 15 des Zylinderschlosses 14 legt sich in der Schließstellung vor den Hakenarm 6 des Verriegelungshakens 5 und sperrt somit das Öffen der Verriegelungsvorrichtung. Der Hakenfortsatz 7 besitzt auf seiner Oberseite eine Abschrägung 21, so daß die die Handhabe 2 in den Aufnahmeschlitz 4 des Gehäuses 2 hineingedrückt werden kann, ohne daß es nötig ist, den Betätigungsarm 8 niederzudrücken. Dadurch daß der Hakenarm 6 mit seinem Hakenfortsatz 7 im Gehäuse 3 untergebracht ist, liegen beide manipulationssicher verdeckt, was aus zolltechnischen Gründen von Vorteil ist. Die Schließzunge 15 reicht bis fast an die Innenwand des Gehäuses 3 heran, so daß ein Verbiegen des Hakenarms 6 durch Diebe, um die Handhabe 2 öffnen zu können verhindert wird. Der Verriegelungshaken 5 besitzt im Bereich seines Hakenarms 6 eine Aussparung 20, so daß das Zylinderschloß 14 beim Ausschwenken des Verrieglungshakens 5 nicht im Wege ist. Am Gehäuse 3 sind weiterhin zwei Plombierösen 16 vorgesehen, durch die ein Plombierdraht hindurchgezogen und um die Handhabe 2 gelegt werden kann, sofer, z.B. im grenzüberschreitenden Verkehr, eine Plombierung der Verriegelungsvorrichtung erwünscht ist. Schließlich ist am Gehäuse 3 noch eine Schloßöse 16 angeordnet, die bei geschlossener Handhabe 2 mit einem Loch 18 in letzterer fluchtet, so daß ein Vorhängeschloß eingehängt werden kann. Dies ist beispielsweise bei Werttransporten wichtig, bei denen nur der Absender und der Empfänger einen Schlüsses zum Vorhängeschloß besitzen. Am Gehäuse 3 sind Befestigungslöcher 22 zum Anschrauben desselben vorgesehen, die von der in den Aufnahmeschlitz 4 eingelegten Handhabe 2 verdeckt werden. Dies ist aus Gründen der Diebstahl- und Zollsicherheit von Vorteil. Eine Erweiterung 23 des Aufnahmeschlitzes 4 oben am Gehäuse 3 auf der der Drehstange 1 zugewandten Seite erleichtert das Einlegen der Handhabe 2.Figures 1 and 2 show a rotary rod 1, on which a handle 2 is pivotally attached. Claims (8)

Locking device for the pivotable handle (2) of an espagnolette lock consisting of a receiving member (3) comprising a receiving slot (4) extending upwardly into the receiving member (3) for the handle (2) and a two-armed locking hook (5) which is pivotable about a horizontal axis and the one arm (6) of which in the closure position holds the handle (2) arranged in the receiving slot (4) down with a hook extension (7) and the other arm (8) of which serves for pivoting the locking hook (5) by pressing down, the locking hook (5) being pressed by a spring (9) into the locking position, characterized in that the receiving member (3) is constructed as downwardly open housing and that the pivotable locking hook (5) projects with one hook arm (6) into the housing (3) from below whilst an actuating arm (8) projects downwardly out of the housing (3), the pivot joint of the locking hook (5) being formed by a horizontal groove (10) in the locking hook (5) and a strip (11) on the housing (3) projecting into said groove, and the spring (9) bearing both on the hook arm (6) and on the opposite housing wall (12) and thereby holding both the locking hook (5) in the locking position and also pressing the locking hook (5) with its groove (10) against the strip (11) on the housing (3).
  2. Locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that on the receiving member (3) mounting holes (22) are provided which are covered by the handle (2) inserted into the receiving slot (4).
  3. Locking device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the locking hook (5) consists of a portion of profile material.
  4. Locking device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the spring (9) is constructed as leaf spring which is fixed with one end in a recess (13) of the locking hook (5).
  5. Locking device according to claim 4, characterized in that two leaf springs (9) are arranged adjacent each other and between the leaf springs (9) a cylinder lock (14) extends which is let into the housing (3) and the locking tongue (15) lies in the closure position in front of the hook arm (6).
