Der bei ihnen am Schließkasten herausklappbar angeordnete Sperrbügel erlaubt es, in Verbindung mit dem ausgefahrenen, in seinen Sperrschlitz greifenden Schloßriegel den Türflügel in Spaltöffnungslage so zu arretieren, daß der betreffende Wohnungsinhaber die außen vor der Tür stehende Person zwar erkennen und mit ihr sprechen kann, letztere jedoch noch keine Möglichkeit zum etwa unerwünschten Eindringen bzw. Wohnungszugang hat. Dazu müßte der Wohnungsinhaber durch Betätigen des türinnenseitig gelegenen Drehgriffs oder gelegentlich an seiner Stelle auch eines Innenschließzylinders den Schloßriegel erst zurückschließen, damit der Riegelkopf aus dem Sperrschlitz des Sperrbügels ausfahren und somit den Türflügel für die weitere Öffnung freigeben kann. Für das gesicherte Spaltöffnen des Türflügels ist wesentliche Voraussetzung, daß der in der ausgefahrenen Stellung des Schloßriegels von dessen Kopf durchdrungener und hintergriffener Sperrschlitz ringsum geschlossen ist, damit auch in Zwischenstellungen des nur teilweise spaltgeöffneten Türflügels letzterer gesichert geführt wird und es dabei nicht etwa zu einem Ausfahren des Riegelkopfs aus dem Sperrbügel-Sperrschlitz kommt. Für die bekannten Kastenschlösser mit Sperrbügeln dieser Art ist charakteristisch, daß sie durchweg zweitourig auszufahrende Schloßriegel besitzen, wobei der Riegelkopf in der weitest ausgefahrenen Stellung des Schloßriegels zwar den Sperrbügel-Sperrschlitz durchsetzt, jedoch dahinter in eine im Schließkasten vorhandene Schließöffnung greift und dadurch die Tür ordnungsgemäß verriegelt hält, während zur Spaltöffnungs-Sicherung des Türflügels die Zwischen-Ausfahrstellung des Schloßriegels benutzt wird, bei der also der dann eintourig vorgeschlossene Riegelkopf lediglich noch den Sperrbügel hintergreift. Die hierfür notwendige zweitourige Schloßriegel-Verstellmöglichkeit ist aber in mehrfacher Hinsicht nachteilig. Sie erfordert nicht nur einen größeren baulichen und herstellungsmäßigen Aufwand bei der Anfertigung des Kastenschlosses, sondern ist auch nicht unbedingt bedienungsfreundlich. So muß dabei sowohl vom Innen- als auch Außenbenutzer der mit einem solchen Kastenschloß ausgerüsteten Tür jeweils zwischen den beiden Verriegelungspositionen unterschieden werden, wozu türinnenseitig zumeist noch eine besondere diesbezügliche Zustandsanzeige notwendig ist. Um bei diesem Kastenschloß ein versehentlich volles Türöffnen von innen zu vermeiden, kann der Schloßriegel über den innen vorhandenen Drehgriff zunächst nur in seine mittlere, also noch mit dem Sperrbügel in Eingriff stehende Spaltöffnungsposition eingefahren werden, da der Drehgriff durch eine besondere im Schloßkasten untergebrachte Sperreinrichtung am vollständigen Einfahren des Schoßriegels gehindert wird. Weiterhin ist das Gehäuse 9 mit einer kreisförmigen Eindrükkung bzw. Sicke 32 versehen, in der sich Schraubbefestigungslöcher 33 für die etwaige Anbringung des in Fig.10 strichpunktiert dargestellten Innenschließzylinders 34 befinden. In der Eindrückung 32 ist eine im wesentlichen 8-förmig konturierte Aufnahmeöffnung 35 für den achsversetzten Einbau des Innenzylinders 34 oder des Drehgriffs 10 vorhanden, wobei der kreisförmige Aufnahmebereich 35′ für den Drehgriff von einem Lagersteg 36 begrenzt ist, der für den Fall der Innenzylinderbefestigung einfach weggebrochen werden kann. Auf das Innere des Schließzylinders 34 bzw. seines für Schlüsselbetätigung drehverstellbaren Kernes kann die in Fig.10 strichpunktiert dargestellte Kurbelplatte 37 mit dem Mitnehmernocken 38 montiert werden, beispielsweise mittels in die Schraubbefestigungslöcher 37′ eingesetzter und in die strichpunktiert angedeuteten Gewindebohrungen 34′ eingedrehter Befestigungsschrauben.The lock case housing 9, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, has a bowl-shaped design. Der auf ihr vorhandene Mitnehmernocken 38 greift dabei in die Eingriffstelle 43 der Zuhaltungsplatte ein, wohingegen der Außenschließzylinder mit seinem Schließdaumen in allen Fällen in die vorn auf der Zuhaltungsplatte 40 gelegene Eingriffstelle 42 eingreift. Claims (14)

  1. Case lock (2) for fitting to a door, comprising a locking cylinder actuatable lock bolt (11) and a latching case (4) cooperating therewith and attachable to the door frame (3), a curb yoke (5) mounted in suspended manner on the latching case to be pivotable out from the plane of the door, said yoke having a lengthwise extending, peripherally closed curb slot (14) which in the extended position of the bolt (11) has the bolt head (11˝) which is provided with latching notches (11′) penetrating transversely through the slot and latching behind it, characterised in that on the latching case (4) laterally adjacent to the curb yoke (5) and below its pivot bearing (16) as well as below the path of movement of the lock bolt there is provided a latching slider (13) which is displaceable transversely to the curb yoke (5), said latching slider projecting laterally into said curb slot (14) in the hanging position of the curb yoke (5) and thereby preventing the curb yoke (5) from pivoting outwards, but being retractable from this blocking position by operation of an actuating knob (12) which is mounted at the outside end of the slider.
  2. Case lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the latching slider (13) has a latching end (13′) provided with a taper on one side and is biassed into the blocking position by a spring (22).
  3. Case lock according to claim 2, characterised in that the latching case (4) is a pressure cast member which comprises an upper part (4′) which is substantially U-shaped in plan and has in its U-limbs (4˝) bearing holes (16, 17) to receive the swing bolt (20) of the curb yoke (5) on the one hand and to receive the latching slider (13) on the other hand, as well as a base part (4‴) projecting on one side towards the curb yoke (5), in which base part are provided screw fixing holes (18) of the latching case (4) which are screened by the curb yoke (5) which overlies them.
  4. Case lock according to claim 3, characterised in that the two bearing holes (16, 17) in the latching case (4) are made identical for the selective fitting, necessary for its use as a right-hand or left-hand lock, of the swing bolt (20) and of the latching slider (13).
  5. Case lock according to claim 4, characterised in that the two bearing holes (16, 17) in the latching case (4) are narrowed by an inturned annular shoulder (16′, 17′) at the end remote from the curb yoke (5), and the swing bolt (20) as well as the latching slider (13) are formed in two parts, namely a bearing and latching bolt (20 and 13′) which is in the unnarrowed bearing hole and a retaining or actuating screw (21 and 12) seated against the annular shoulder (16′ and 17′) and screwed into the other end of the swing bolt or slider respectively.
  6. Case lock according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the curb yoke (5) includes a bearing eye (15) which is an oblong hole and which is separate from its closed curb slot (14) for receiving the swing bolt (20) which carries the yoke.
  7. Case lock according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that its lock bolt (11) is arranged to be extended by just a single turn and is provided with a tumbler (25) which blocks it in its retracted and extended positions.
  8. Case lock according to claim 7, characterised in that the tumbler (25) is provided with two engagement zones (42, 43) for the selective engagement of the entraining cam (38) of a crank plate (37), the engagement zones being spaced one behind the other in the direction of displacement of the lock bolt (11), and wherein the crank plate is fixed to the inside of an internal locking cylinder (34) which is mounted on the inside of the door or is fixed to the inside of a rotatable grip (10) which is mounted offset in the direction of extension of the bolt (11).
  9. Case lock according to claim 8, characterised in that it comprises a housing (9), particularly a pressure cast housing, with a substantially 8-shaped receiving hole (35) therein for the axially-offset fitting of the internal cylinder (34) or of the rotatable grip (10), wherein the circular grip-receiving region (35′) of the receiving hole is delimited by a bearing rib (36) which can be broken away for the fitting of the internal cylinder.
  10. Case lock according to claim 9, characterised in that its housing (9) is of dish form and is provided on the inside with guide ribs (24) for the lock bolt (11) and with its tumbler (25) as well as with longitudinal and transverse ribs (26 and 27) on both sides of the lock mechanism, wherein in the longitudinal and transverse ribs are provided respective arresting holes (28) for an arresting cam (29) provided on the tumbler (25) and screw fixing holes (30) for the connection of the case housing (9) with the case base (8).
  11. Case lock according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the lock bolt (11) is formed in two parts, namely a bolt stem plate (11‴) which is guided longitudinally in the housing (9) and the bolt head (11˝) which is releasably fixed to the stem plate and is arranged axially centered in relation to the bolt stem plate.
  12. Case lock according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the tumbler (25) consists of a forked arcuate tumbler plate (40) which embraces the bolt stem plate (11‴) at the rear and is mounted on the said plate to be displaceable transversely to the direction of displacement of the lock bolt as well as being urged into its keeper position by means of a spring (41) which is mounted therebetween, wherein in the keeper position the cam (29) provided on the tumbler plate (40) engages in one of the two arresting holes (28) provided in the corresponding longitudinal rib (26) of the case housing (9).
  13. Case lock according to claim 12, characterised in that the two engagement zones (42, 43) lying spaced one behind the other in the direction of displacement of the bolt (11) are provided for the selective engagement of the crank plate entraining cam (38) with the two sides of the tumbler plate (40).
  14. Case lock according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that on the latching case (4), instead of the curb yoke (5), there is mounted a shorter blocking member which at its two ends is arranged to be fixed by means of bearing and fixing bolts (e.g. 20) to be inserted into the two bearing holes (16, 17) of the latching case (4).
