Claims (3)
- Un dispositif électromagnétique pour commander l'alimentation de courant d'un moteur de démarrage d'un engin à combustion interne de véhicule à moteur, composé d'un électro-aimant (3) incluant un solénoïde (6) de commande d'un contact mobile (8), apte à coopérer avec une paire de contacts fixes (10 et 10a), portés par un support (2) en matériau isolant sur le plan électrique, chaque contact fixe comportant un élément métallique fileté en forme d'hélice (10), fixé au support (2) selon une force prédéterminée, au moyen, chaque fois, d'un écrou (11) respectif, caractérisé en ce que les éléments filetés (10) constitutifs des contacts fixes sont en alliage de chrome et de zirconium comprenant:- entre 98,5 et 99,67% de poids de cuivre (de préférence 99,1%),- entre 0,3 et 1,2% de poids de chrome (de préférence 0,8%), et- entre 0,03 et 0,3% de poids de zirconium (de préférence autour de 0,1%).
- Un dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les contacts fixes sont obtenus par usinage.
- Un dispositif selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les contacts fixes sont obtenus par matriçage.
