Claims (9)

  1. Vibrator for concrete or the like with a case comprising a cylindrical interior formed by separate ring disks laying on top of each other and made of sheet material and end caps sealing the interior, wherein the vibrator has a driven unbalance rotating around an axis characterized in that the interior takes up the rotating unbalance and the ring wheels (2) are made by laser cut of sheets.
  2. Vibrator according to claim 1 characterized in that the ring wheels (2) have round holes (3) homogenousely distributed on the circumference which receive joining elements (4).
  3. Vibrator according to one or both of the preceding claims characterized in that several ring wheels (2) of basically the same shape are combined with ring wheels (2), which contours (5) on the outer circumference which serve for the fastening of the case (1) on a basic frame (6) and/or on a shuttering.
  4. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that at least a part of the ring wheels (2) has feetlike attachments (7).
  5. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that also the end caps (8,9) are laser cut.
  6. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that into the line of the ring wheels (2) one or more distance levelling rings (10) are fitted.
  7. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that the end caps (8,9) have in recedings (11) differing from a circle a center axis (12) for the unbalance.
  8. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that the ring wheels (2) consist at least partly of non magnetizable material and have a motor winding between them.
  9. Vibrator according to one or more of the preceding claims characterized in that the end caps (8,9) consist of several disks (13,14).
