Die Behälter sind auf der Oberseite an den Abschnitten 6 und 7 offen oder mit einem Deckel versehen, während die Abschnitte 6', 7' den Boden des Behälters bilden.1 shows a side view of a container 1 composed in this view of a rectangle and a trapezoid with a plan in the form of a right-angled triangle, the rear being designated by 2 and the tapered front by 3. In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the container 1 has the same shape in the side view, but the floor plan is designed in such a way that the wide side surface 4 lies at the front and the rear side tapers at 5. In the side view, the containers according to FIGS. 1 and 2 have straight sections 6, 6 'starting from the rear 2 and 5, respectively, to which sections 7, 7' taper towards one another at the front. The containers are open on the top at sections 6 and 7 or provided with a lid, while sections 6 ', 7' form the bottom of the container.

In Fig. 2 is at 4 'by dashed lines curved or partially circular front wall of the container indicated. However, it is also possible to provide a polygonal shape in the floor plan.

Grundriss können die Behälter zur Ausbildung einer Einheit seitlich in verschiedener Weise aneinandergesetzt werden.1 and 2 are preferably made of plastic, in particular of material reprocessed by recycling. But they can also consist of wood or metal or another suitable material. Due to the complementary shape in cross-section or floor plan, the containers can be placed side by side in various ways to form a unit.

Fig. 3 shows a side view and a plan view of a lid 9 for the container according to FIGS. 1 and 2, wherein the dotted line at 8 indicates the kink between the sections 6 and 7, which is also the articulation axis for the the container hinged lid 9 forms. In the embodiment on the left in FIG. 3, the articulation axis 8 is about 1/5 to 1/4 of the total depth of the cover from the rear 2, while in the embodiment on the right in FIG. 3 the articulation axis 8 is about 2/3 of the cover depth of the Front 4 is removed. In the embodiment of the container provided with a curved front wall 4 ', the cover 9 has a corresponding shape.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cover 9 protrudes somewhat from the front 3 or 4 in the closed position, so that it can easily be lifted with a finger. The upwardly angled section 10 of the lid 9, which in the closed position according to FIG. 3 protrudes upward from the approximately horizontal section 6 of the container and also upwards with respect to the plane of the lid, forms a stop on the section 6 when the lid 9 is opened of the container so that the angle between section 6 of the container and section 10 of the lid is the opening angle of the lid corresponds.

The cover 9 provided with a flat closing section in FIG. 3 can also be curved on the closing section or be provided with a grip strip.

At 11 in Fig. 3, a counterweight acting against the closing section is indicated schematically, which holds the cover 9 at a predetermined opening angle in the equilibrium position or, at a larger opening angle, leads to the cover being held in the open position because the lever arm of the counterweight 11 relative to the articulation axis 8 gives a stronger torque than the center of gravity of the closing section of the cover 9 relative to the articulation axis 8. In the area of the closed position, the torque exerted by the closing section predominates in the direction of the closed position or downwards. The counterweight 11 can also be formed by the shape of the cover itself.

In this arrangement, a lid 12 hinged at 8 can be designed as a simple plate which covers the bevelled section 7 of the container 1, while the section 6 can remain open. The angle α of the beveling of the section 7 relative to an axis of symmetry 13 is advantageously 30-45 °, so that in connection with the upwardly sloping bottom section 7 'of the container above it results in a total opening angle of about 60 ° to 95 °.

The angle of the chamfer of the section 7 'or a limitation of the opening angle of the lid can be used for presorting in such a way that only piece goods of a predetermined size can be thrown into the container.

If lids according to FIG. 3 are provided in the arrangement according to FIG. 4, a cavity is provided in the container bottom, as indicated at 27, into which the section 10 of the lid 9 can engage in the closed position.

Der Abstand zwischen den Ankerungspunkten der gegenüberliegenden Haken ist größer als die Behälterhöhe.5 schematically shows a suspension device for a container 1, hooks 15, 16 being attached to a wall or a plate or bar, which are angled toward one another, the upper hook 15 having a longer holding section than the lower hook 16, so that the container 1 can first be inserted with the top under the upper hook 15, whereupon the underside of the container is hooked onto the lower hook 16, as indicated by an arrow in FIG. 5. In the latched position, the longer holding section of the upper hook 15 essentially holds the container against the wall 14. Corresponding recesses or depressions can be provided on the top and bottom of the container or in the area of the rear of the container, into which the hooks 15, 16 can engage. The distance between the anchor points of the opposite hooks is greater than the container height.

Fig. 6 shows one above the other angular elements 17, which can also be designed as a continuous angle bar and are provided with holes for attachment, for example by means of screws. The free edges of the two legs of these elements 17 are connected to one another via a forwardly curved section 18, on the front of which the hooks 15 and 16 are fastened for hanging a container.

Such suspension elements can also extend over a larger angular range than 90 °, for example over 180 ° or also 360 °, in which case such a suspension element is to be attached, for example, to a column, as shown in FIG. 10b.

Das Aufhängeelement 17 nach Fig. 7 kann somit zum Anbringen zweier übereinanderliegender Behälter gleichzeitig verwendet werden.FIG. 7 shows a modified embodiment of such a suspension element 17, on the curved connecting section 18 of which up and down projecting holding sections 19 and 20 are formed in the plane thereof. The lower holding sections 20 correspond to the longer holding sections of the upper hooks 15, while the shorter holding sections 19 correspond to the shorter holding sections on the hooks 16. The suspension element 17 according to FIG. 7 can thus be used simultaneously for attaching two containers lying one above the other.

Fig. 8 shows schematically a transverse retaining strip 22 which is angled for hanging on a door leaf 23. On this bar 22, a downward-running bar 21 with hanging elements 24 for containers is arranged one above the other and optionally also next to one another. The strip 24 can be designed to be pluggable.

Such a hanging device can in particular be provided on a kitchen door in order to store different constituents of household waste separately in the containers. The individual containers can be removed separately from the hanging device for emptying.

Fig. 9 shows schematically in a front view and in a side view an arrangement of three juxtaposed and interlocking containers 1 with trapezoidal side surfaces, with a single container is suspended above and below this horizontal row of containers on a suspension device according to Fig. 8.

However, the device described is not only limited to use in the household, it can also be used with a correspondingly larger design of the container in the industrial field, for example a light barrier or another sensor can be provided to automatically open the lid of a container, which is used for Approaching a hand using an electrical or mechanical drive device Opening the lid triggers. The container arrangement can also be used in the communal area, for example at bus stops and the like, for example by arranging several containers next to one another around a column. A locking system can also be provided which only allows authorized persons to remove individual containers or elements of the device.

Bags made of plastic film or paper can be inserted into the container and disposed of together with the contents, so that it is not necessary to empty a container by hanging it up. Protrusions or the like can be formed on the edge of the receiving opening of a container for hanging the free edge of an inner bag. It is also possible to attach a removable holder or frame 28 to the upper edge of the container 1, by means of which a bag 29 inserted into the container can be clamped, the frame 28 being able to be provided with a hinged lid 9, as shown in FIG. 11 schematically shows.

The connection of the individual containers to each other to form a unit can be formed in various ways, for example by concatenation by means of interlinking elements, such as clips or similar connecting elements, by a plug-in system or by screwing. The containers can be attached directly to a wall, on a door leaf, on a cabinet side or the like, or a separate stand can be provided for the containers.

The containers can also have a shape other than that described, for example a circular sector-shaped plan or a polygonal plan. The containers preferably have an approximately triangular or trapezoidal plan, so that they can be arranged next to one another offset to form an approximately straight row or in the same direction next to one another to form a circle, as shown in FIG. 10, wherein containers 1 are shown with a trapezoidal plan, which can be hung next to one another on a suitable suspension device, as indicated at 25, or suspended from a column 26 or detachably attached in some other way.

The side walls of the containers are preferably inclined to the vertical so that the containers can be stacked tightly one inside the other. Recesses or hook elements for hanging can be formed on the side walls of the container.

If a lid is provided on a container, it is expediently articulated by a latching device. It is also possible to attach an articulated holder of the lid to the container. Depending on the intended use of the containers, a device can be provided by means of which the lids of several containers can be opened simultaneously, for example by actuating a pedal. Another drive device that works in conjunction with a sensor can also be provided for this.

An elongated viewing window is shown at 33 in FIG.

Der Deckel kann am hintenliegenden Rand des jeweiligen Behälters angelenkt werden oder in einem Abstand vom hinteren Rand, wie dies in Fig. 3 durch die Gelenkachse 8 wiedergegeben ist.FIG. 12 shows a perspective view of two hollow profiles 30 and 31, for example produced by extrusion molding from plastic material, with a trapezoidal and triangular cross section, from which complementary containers 1 can be cut off without material loss, as indicated by broken lines at 32. The bottom can be attached to a container 1 cut off in this way by a plug connection or by welding. The lid can be hinged to the rear edge of the respective container or at a distance from the rear edge, as shown in FIG. 3 by the hinge axis 8.
