Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Selbstklebeumschlägen, die jeweils ein Umschlagvorderteil mit zwei Seitenklappen und mit einer Verschlußklappe sowie eine in der Briefumschlagmaschine vorlaufende Bodenklappe umfassen, wobei die Bodenklappe mit einem Bodenklappen-Randstreifen an ihrem freien Rand versehen ist und wobei ferner die Teile und Klappen zugeschnitten, Vorbrüche an den Faltstellen erzeugt sowie die Teile und Klappen umgefaltet und mit Selbstklebewerkstoff auf der Verschlußklappe und auf der Außenseite des Bodenklappen-Randstreifens versehen werden.The invention relates to a method for producing self-adhesive envelopes, each comprising an envelope front part with two side flaps and with a closure flap and a bottom flap advancing in the envelope machine, the bottom flap being provided with a bottom flap edge strip on its free edge, and further comprising the parts and The flaps are cut to size, pre-creases are created at the folds and the parts and flaps are folded over and provided with self-adhesive material on the closure flap and on the outside of the bottom flap edge strip.
Selbstklebeumschläge sowie Verfahren und Vorrichtungen zu ihrer Herstellung sind bekannt. Dabei ist wesentlich, daß die Bodenklappen-Randstreifen beim fertiggestellten Selbstklebeumschlag zurückgefaltet sind, damit der auf ihnen befindliche Selbstklebewerkstoff nicht mit dem Selbstklebewerkstoff auf der Verschlußklappe in Berührung kommt. Dies hat weiter zur Folge, daß der Bodenklappen-Randstreifen mit seinem die zurückgefaltete Stellung bewirkenden Vorbruch durch wesentliche Stationen der Briefumschlagmaschine läuft. Üblicherweise werden die Vorbrüche mittels eines harten Vorbruchmessers vorgenommen, welches gegen eine Walze mit einem elastischen Überzug (Gummiwalze) arbeitet. Dadurch werden die an die Vorbruchlinie angrenzenden Umschlagteile in Faltrichtung ausgelenkt. Bei hohen Arbeitsgeschwindigkeiten besteht dann die Gefahr, daß der aufgrund des Vorbruches ausgelenkte Bodenklappen-Randstreifen mit Einbauten der Briefumschlagmaschine kollidiert. Auch sind die Anordnung und Lage der Walze in der Briefumschlagmaschine beim Herstellen des Vorbruches ungünstig und insbesondere ist die Walze zum Einstellen schlecht zugänglich.Self-adhesive envelopes and methods and devices for their production are known.
