L'invention concerne un récipient tel qu'un flacon de parfumerie ou de cosmétiques, comprenant une coiffe vissée orientale par rapport au récipient. Le récipient selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le col (2) de vissage du récipient (1) comporte extérieurement deux filets de vissage symétriques (3, 4) munis chacun d'une interruption (5) au voisinage du début du filet (3, 4) et d'une butée sensiblement axiale (6) au voisinage de la fin du filet (3, 4), la coiffe comprenant une capsule (7) munie intérieurement de deux filets symétriques comportant chacun un cran anti-retour et une fin de filet sensiblement axiale. Description

  • L'invention concerne un récipient, tel qu'un flacon de parfumerie ou de cosmétiques, comprenant une coiffe vissée orientable par rapport au récipient.
  • Il est souvent nécessaire qu'une coiffe vissée d'un récipient, en particulier un flacon de parfumerie ou de cosmétiques, soit orientée de manière précise par rapport au récipient. Cette nécessité peut être liée à un problème d'esthétique, la coiffe n'étant pas de révolution et devant avoir un positionnement déterminé par rapport au récipient, ou un problème technique tel que la libération d'une buse d'aérosol. Une telle coiffe doit cependant pouvoir être dévissée mais doit revenir à la position voulue lors du revissage.
  • Cette sujétion entraîne donc une double nécessité, à savoir :
    • produire un arrêt de vissage précis et sûr interdisant mécaniquement toute continuation du vissage quel que soit le couple appliqué,
    • interdire le dévissage accidentel tout en autorisant le dévissage volontaire.
  • La présente invention vise en conséquence à fournir un nouveau récipient du type indiqué à l'introduction qui satisfasse les deux conditions indépendamment l'une de l'autre.
  • A cet effet, le récipient selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le col de vissage du récipient comporte extérieurement deux filets de vissage symétriques munis chacun d'une interruption au voisinage du début du filet et d'une butée sensiblement axiale au voisinage de la fin du filet, la coiffe comprenant une capsule munie intérieurement de deux filets symétriques comportant chacun un cran anti-retour et une fin de filet sensiblement axiale.
  • Lorsque la capsule est vissée complètement sur le col du récipient, en général un flaconnage en verre ou en matière plastique, les crans anti-retour de la capsule sont logés respectivement dans les interruptions des filets du récipient et les fins de filet de la capsule sont en contact respectivement avec les butées du récipient. Cette dernière coopération des butées et des fins de filet interdit de continuer le vissage, la coiffe étant orientée avec précision par rapport au récipient. Elle est maintenue dans cette position par la coopération des crans de la capsule avec les interruptions du récipient et ne peut être dévissée qu'en exerçant un couple de dévissage suffisant pour dégager les crans des interruptions. Ce couple peut être prédéterminé par calibrage de l'épaisseur des parois de la capsule au niveau des crans.
  • La coiffe peut comprendre une surcapsule décorative assemblée par friction sur la capsule à l'aide de stries et positionnée angulairement par rapport à la capsule au moyen de nervures d'une des pièces coopérant avec des rainures de l'autre pièce.
  • La capsule peut comporter de manière connue, un joint intérieur de fermeture du récipient.
  • L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante faite en se référant au dessin annexé dans lequel :
  • - la figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe axiale, partiellement en élévation d'un col de récipient à capsule vissée orientale selon un exemple de réalisation de l'invention; la figure 2 est une vue schématique en élévation du col du récipient de la figure 1; la figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne X--X de la figure 2; la figure 4 est analogue à la figure 2, mais à 90° de celle-ci; la figure 5 est une vue schématique en coupe axiale de la capsule de la figure 1; la figure 6 est analogue à la figure 5, mais à 90° de celle-ci; et la figure 7 est une vue en coupe transversale de la capsule des figures 5 et 6.
  • Le récipient 1 comprend un col 2 muni de deux filets symétriques extérieurs 3 et 4. Chaque filet 3, 4 comporte une interruption 5 au début du filet et une butée sensiblement axiale 6 à la fin du filet.
  • - Une capsule 7 est vissée sur le col 2 du récipient 1, avec interposition d'un joint 8.
  • La capsule 7 présente deux filets symétriques intérieurs 9, 10 (figures 5 à 7) munis chacun d'un cran anti-retour 11, coopérant chacun avec une interruption 5 des filets 3 et 4 du récipient 1, et une fin de filet sensiblement axiale 12 coopérant chacun avec une butée 6 des filets 3 et 4 du récipient 1. Comme on l'a indiqué à l'introduction, on obtient ainsi en fin de vissage simultanément une butée positive et un verrouillage élastique de la capsule 7 par rapport ou col 2 du récipient 1.
  • La capsule 7 comporte des stries 13 servant à l'assemblage par friction d'une surcapsule décorative (non représentée) qui est positionnée angulairement par rapport à la capsule 7 au moyen de rainures 14 dans lesquelles viennent se loger des nervures de la surcapsule. La surcapsule, qui est seule visible, est donc ainsi orientée automatiquement par rapport au col 2 du récipient 1.

Claims (3)

  1. Récipient tel qu'un flacon de parfumerie ou de cosmétiques, comprenant une coiffe vissée orientale par rapport au récipient,
    caractérisé en ce que le col (2) de vissage du récipient (1) comporte extérieurement deux filets de vissage symétriques (3, 4) munis chacun d'une interruption (5) au voisinage du début du filet (3, 4) et d'une butée sensiblement axiale (6) au voisinage de la fin du filet (3, 4), la coiffe comprenant une capsule (7) munie intérieurement de deux filets symétriques comportant chacun un cran anti-retour et une fin de filet sensiblement axiale.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la coiffe comprend une surcapsule décorative assemblée par friction sur la capsule (7) à l'aide de stries (13) et positionnée angulairement par rapport à la capsule (7) au moyen de nervures (14) d'une des pièces coopérant avec des rainures de l'autre pièce.
  3. Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la capsule (7) comporte un joint intérieur (8) de fermeture du récipient (1).
