Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen zeitgesteuerten und/oder manuell beaufschlagbaren Schalthebel mit einer, mittels eines Zahnrichtgesperres einstellbaren Vorrichtung zur Einstellung des Schaltpunktes eines elektrischen Schalters, für elektromechanische Schaltuhren, vgl. Bei elektrischen Schaltern, insbesondere sogenannten Sprungkontaktschaltern, bei denen unter der Wirkung eines Federelementes ein Kontaktelement momentan umschaltbar ist, ist es aufgrund insbesondere von mechanischen Toleranzen einerseits innerhalb des Schalters und andererseits innerhalb der mechanischen Konstruktion zwischen den Schaltnocken der Schaltreiter und dem Schaltnocken des Schalters, erforderlich, daß diese Toleranzen eliminiert und der Schaltpunkt des Schalters reproduzierbar präzise einstellbar ist, sodaß eine relativ hohe Schaltzeitgenauigkeit erzielt wird. Für eine feinstufige und lagengesicherte Einstellung des Schaltnockens auf dem Schalthebel, ist dort zwischen dem Schalthebel und dem Schaltnocken ein relativ feinstufiges Zahnrichtgesperre vorgesehen. Der, in der Fig. 1 und 2, dargestellte Schalthebel 1 in einer beliebigen, konstruktionsspezifischen Ausführungsform besteht im wesentlichen aus einem, mit einem Abtastnocken 2 bestückten Hebelteil 1a und einem, am Hebelteil 1a, insbesondere im Bereich von dessen Lagerpunkt 3, einseitig gelagerten, unter der Wirkung einer Federkraft stehenden Hebelarm 1b. Das Hebelteil 1a und der Hebelarm 1b sind zweckmäßigerweise einstückig miteinander verbunden. Der Hebelarm 1b ist vorderseitig, insbesondere einseitig mit einem, eine Innenrastverzahnung 4 tragenden Vorsprung 5 versehen. Dieser Innenrastverzahnung 4 ist eine Stirnrastverzahnung 6 benachbart, die am Hebelteil 1a angeordnet ist. Mit der Seite 12 des Hebelarms 1b, der federelastisch ausgebildet ist, wird in der vorliegenden Ausführung der elektrische Schalter 7 beaufschlagt, wie dies aus der Fig. 3 näher ersichtlich ist. 8 bezeichnet die Lagerwelle des Schalthebels 1.The
