Claims (3)

  1. Kugelschreiber mit einem Hohlkörper (2), einem Bügel (4) bestehend aus einem Ringelement (4a), von welchem sich ein Längselement (4b) an der Außenseite des Körpers (2) parallel zu diesem erstreckt, und mit einem hülsenartigen Element (6), welches den Bügel (4) mit dem Körper (2) verbindet und umfaßt:
    einen unteren Abschnitt (8), welcher in das obere Ende (15) des Körpers (2) eingesetzt ist, einen oberen Abschnitt (12), welcher sich innerhalb des Ringelementes (4a) des Bügels (4) erstreckt, und
    einen mittleren Abschnitt (10) in Form eines ringförmigen Vorsprunges, dessen Seiten als Auflageflächen für das untere Ende des Ringelementes (4a) des Bügels (4) bzw. für das obere Ende (15) des Körpers (2) dienen,
    wobei dieser Kugelschreiber dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß das Verbindungselement (6) in einer Farbe hergestellt ist, während der Körper (2) und der Bügel (4) eine andere Farbe aufweisen, und daß das Außenende (16) des oberen Abschnittes (12) des Verbindungselementes (6) vom Ringelement (4a) des Bügels (4) vorsteht.
  2. Kugelschreiber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ringelement (4a) des Bügels (4) auf den unteren Bereich (14) des oberen Abschnittes (12) des Verbindungselementes (6) aufgepreßt ist.
  3. Kugelschreiber nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt (8) des Verbindungselementes (6) ein Gewinde (14) aufweist, welches in das obere Ende (15) des Körpers (2) eingeschraubt ist.
