caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage utilise de façon connue une pièce mobile de verrouillage mécanique (30, 161, 93) placée dans le boîtier (2) qui peut être déplacée par chacun des équipages mobiles (13) des deux électro-aimants (6, 7) se trouvant placés de part et d'autre de celle-ci, et qui coopère en outre avec deux interrupteurs de verrouillage électrique à ouverture (60a, 60b) logés dans ce boîtier et actionnés par cette pièce mobile, l'une des bornes (162) de ces interrupteurs étant reliée intérieurement par un conducteur particulier (180) à une entrée de la bobine (11) qu'il contrôle.
