Abstract

A mixer-dryer, or apparatus for working and processing liquid, pasty, moist and dry products under atmospheric, vacuum or pressure conditions is described, a mixing container, consisting of cover part, central part and bottom part, which can be heated alternatively, being provided and a mixing screw, which rotates about the vertical container axis, being arranged inside the mixing container. Mischtrockner bzw. Vorrichtung zum Be- und Verarbeiten von flüssigen, pastösen, feuchten und trockenen Produkten unter atmosphärischen, Vakuum- oder Druckbedingungen, wobei ein Mischbehälter, bestehend aus Deckel-, Mittel- und Bodenteil, die wahlweise beheizt werden können, vorgesehen ist und im Inneren des Mischbehälters um die vertikale Behälterachse drehend eine Mischschnecke angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischschnecke (7) von mindestens einem beheizbaren Heizmantel (6) bzw. Fördertrockenrohr konzentrisch umgeben ist, wobei der Heizmantel (6) im wesentlichen zylinderförmig ausgebildet ist und sich achsparallel zur Achse (5) der Mischschnecke (7) im Mischbehälter erstreckt.
