Durch die EP-A-0 320 444 ist ein Gerät bekannt, welches ein Elektronikteil zur Regelung mindestens eines Ultraschallschwingers umfasst. Der Ultraschallschwinger ist in einem topfförmigen Handschwingergehäuse angeordnet. Dem Ultraschallschwinger ist eine Membrane vorgelagert. Für die Ultraschalltherapie sind Badeeinheiten bekannt in Form von Flüssigkeitsbehältern mit eingebauten Ultraschallgebern, welche Einheit zur Behandlung beim Eintauchen der erkrankten Körperteile dienen. Je nach Wannengröße sind diese Einheiten stationär oder auch mobil einzusetzen, wie dies z.B. die EPA 0 301 162 zeigt. Hierdurch wird die Durchblutung und Reinigung der zu behandelnden Körperteile und damit die Heilwirkung verbessert. Diese Badeeinheiten haben aber den Nachteil unhandlich und sperrig zu sein; sie haben einen entsprechenden Platzbedarf nötig und eignen sich daher für Therapieanstalten und weniger für den Privatgebrauch. Beim Eintauchen in eine Flüssigkeit bildet sich in dem offenen Handschwingergehäuse, begrenzt durch den mit Durchbrüchen versehenen Rand, ein Flüssigkeitspolster. Durch dieses Flüssigkeitspolster sind die Ultraschallschwingungen bei Auflage an der in einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter eingetauchten Behandlungsstelle übertragbar. Nach Figur 1 entsprechend dem Ausführungsbeispiel besteht das Gerät aus einem Elektronikteil 1 mit Zuleitung 1a zum Ultraschallschwinger 2a im Handschwingergehäuse 3a mit bei 4a schwenkbar vorgesehenem Handgriff 5a. Das Gehäuse 3a ist in zylindrischer Form aus Edelstahl gefertigt mit wasserdicht vorgesetzter Edelstahlmembrane 6a, mittels Silikonring 6c abgedichtet, hinter welcher der Schwinger 2a angeordnet ist. Der Membrane 6a ist ein mit Durchbrüchen versehener Rand 7a nachgeordnet. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der Rand 7a des Gehäuses 3a wellenförmig ausgebildet. Bei Auflage an der in einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter eingebrachten Behandlungsstelle werden somit die Schallschwingungen über das durch den Gehäuserand mit Seitenöffnungen zwischenliegendem Wasserpolster übertragen. Claims (8)
- Apparatus tor use in treatment during ultra-sound therapy, in particular in the area of dermatology and paronychia, consisting of an electronic section (1) for controlling at least one ultra-sound oscillator (2a) housed in a pot-shaped hand-held oscillator housing (3a) having attached thereto a handle (5a) on the one hand and a membrane (6a) downstream of the oscillator (2a) on the other hand, which is connected to the housing in a water-tight manner, characterized in that in use as an apparatus for wet treatment, the edge (7a) of the open hand-held oscillator housing (3a), which is located upstream from the membrane (6a), is provided with apertures.

- Apparatus as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the handle (5a) is adjustable.
- Apparatus as claimed in Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that at the base of the pot-shaped hand-held oscillator housing (3a), a slotted segment receptacle (10) is provided which has inserted therein a plastic segment (1) adapted to be pivoted about side sockets (12), and in that the handle (5a) with its engagement bolts (13) is adapted to be screwed into the plastic segment (11) and can be fixed in its pivoting position by screwing it down to the bottom (14) of the segment receptacle (10).
