Insbesondere bei der Papiererzeugung und -verarbeitung sind Zwischenlager, auch Pufferlager genannt, erforderlich, weil gewöhnlich zwei Fertigungsvorgänge nach unterschiedlichen Kriterien aufeinanderfolgen. In solchen Zwischenlagern werden Papierrollen auf einer Lagerfläche zu einer Vielzahl von Türmen gestapelt, indem die Wickelkörper Stirnseite auf Stirnseite übereinandergesetzt werden. Zwischenlager üblicher Größe haben beispielsweise 350 Türmplätze, wobei die Rollen zwischen 500 und 3000 mm hoch sind und die Türme eine Höhe von ca. 11 m haben. Die Förderbreite beträgt etwa 25 m und die Länge 65 m. Auf diese Weise können etwa 6000 t Papier zwischengelagert werden. In ihr sind alle Wickelkörper mit bestimmten Eigenschaften, wie beispielsweise Durchmesser, Höhe und Papiersorte, sowie der jeweilige Lagerort gespeichert. Mittels Unterprogrammen kann in dem Zwischenlager auch eine bestimmte Ordnung erzeugt werden, beispielsweise durch Zusammenfassen von Rollen gleichen Durchmessers in einem Turm, Vorsehen von Lagerbereichen für bestimmte Papiersorten sowie Anordnung von Wickelkörpern mit hoher Durchsatzfrequenz in bevorzugten Zonen der Ein- und Auslagerung, um die Kranspielzeiten möglichst klein zu halten. Mittels der Datenverarbeitungsanlage kann dann auf Grund speicherprogrammierbarer Steuerung jeweils ein bestimmter Wickelkörper ausgelagert werden, indem dessen Eigenschaften und ggf. seine Position im Lager nach dem Raster und der Höhe eingegeben werden. Sofern der gewünschte Wickelkörper auf einem Turm nicht zuoberst steht, wird die Kranvorrichtung durch ein Unterprogramm derart gesteuert, daß die über dem gewünschten Wickelkörper gestapelten Wickelkörper aufgenommen und an einen anderen Lagerort versetzt werden, bis der gewünschte Wickelkörper freigelegt ist.Such a storage and retrieval device also includes a data processing system that takes over the warehouse management. Zwar ist man bemüht, möglichst an einen Einlagerungsvorgang direkt einen Auslagerungsvorgang anzuhängen und hierdurch die Kranvorrichtung besser auszulasten. Dies ist jedoch nicht immer sinnvoll und setzt eben voraus, daß zumindest am Ende des Einlagerungsvorganges ein Auslagerungsbefehl vorhanden ist. - Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage for the intermediate storage of wound bodies (6), consisting especially of paper webs, stacked to form towers (5), with a crane device (14, 17, 18, 54, 59), on which at least one load pick-up means (19, 20, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81) is suspended so as to be raisable and lowerable, there being provided a data-processing system which can memorize the properties and storage point of each wound body (6) during the putting into storage and which has a control, programmable as a result of the memorizing, for the movement of the crane device (17, 18, 54, 59) and of the load pick-up means during the putting into storage and taking out of storage, for carrying out the method according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that there are suspended on the crane device (17, 18, 59) a plurality of load pick-up means (19, 20, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81) which can be raised and lowered independently of one another and which can be transported jointly with the crane device (14, 17, 18, 54, 59), and in that the data-processing system has a time-optimizing program for computing time-saving paths for the load pick-up means (19, 20, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81).
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 4, characterized in that the crane device has at least one crane bridge (14, 54) and, on each crane bridge (14, 54), at least one travelling trolley (17, 18, 59) which is movable on this and on which at least one load pick-up means (19, 20, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81) is suspended.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 5, characterized in that the crane bridge or crane bridges (14, 54) is or are movable.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 6, characterized in that the crane bridge or crane bridges (14, 54) is or are mounted at their ends located on both sides so as to be movable on rails (12, 13).
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to one of Claims 5 to 7, characterized in that there are arranged on each crane bridge (14) at least two travelling trolleys (17, 18) which are movable on a number of different running tracks which corresponds to the number of travelling trolleys (17, 18), the said running tracks allowing the travelling trolleys (17, 18) to move past one another

- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized in that at least two load pick-up means raisable and lowerable independently of one another are suspended next to one another on at least one of the travelling trolleys.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to one of Claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the crane bridge or crane bridges (54) has or each have a travelling trolley (59) with a plurality of load pick-up means (77, 78, 79, 80, 81) suspended on it.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 11, characterized in that the load pick-up means (77, 78, 79, 80, 81) are arranged next to one another in one line.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to Claim 11, characterized in that the load pick-up means are suspended in at least two lines extending parallel to one another and each have at least two load pick-up means.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterized in that the distances between the load pick-up means (77, 78, 79, 80, 81) correspond to the grid spacing of the towers (5).
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to one of Claims 11 to 14, characterized in that the distance between the load pick-up means (77, 78, 79, 80, 81) is adjustable.
- Apparatus for putting into and taking out of storage according to one of Claims 11 to 15, characterized in that the crane bridge or crane bridges (54) is or are constructed from two crane girders (60, 61) extending parallel to and at a distance next to one another, and the suspensions (72, 73, 74, 75, 76) of the load pick-up means (77, 78, 79, 80, 81) pass through between the crane girders (60, 61).
