Description

The invention is based on a magazine for stacking and individually dispensing flat objects, in particular flat-lying folding boxes according to the preamble of claim 1.

In a magazine of this type, known for example from FR-A 25 64 065 (FIG. 4), the delivery shaft adjoins the horizontal conveyor at an angle of approximately 45 °, so that the folding boxes which are conveyed into the delivery shaft and lie transversely therein Are inclined to the vertical. They are supported with the one trailing edge on the wall of the discharge shaft near the conveyor, so that the slipping in the discharge shaft is subject to frictional forces. Furthermore, when entering the delivery chute, the leading edge of the obliquely conveyed folding boxes comes to rest with the higher area near the other edge of the folding boxes stacked in the delivery chute, so that the folding boxes pushed forward by the conveying device load the folding boxes stacked in the chute on one side, since between the a gap in the form of a wedge is formed in the delivery chute entering and the folding boxes already stacked there, the tip of which lies in the region of the leading edge of the folding boxes. Because frictional forces act on the folding boxes in the discharge shaft and pressure is exerted on the one hand, which is transferred to the lowest folding box in the discharge shaft, the removal or removal of the lowest folding box from the discharge shaft is made more difficult, namely unevenly depending on the respective delivery pressure and of the respective friction conditions.

Dieser Preßdruck ist jedoch nicht konstant, sondern hängt vom jeweiligen Vorrat an Faltschachteln auf der Fördereinrichtung ab.Furthermore, a magazine is known from EP-A-100 143, in which parallel guide rails adjoin the horizontal conveying device and delimit an inclined discharge chute in which the inserted folding boxes are arranged at a relatively steep angle. In the delivery chute, the folding boxes stand with their lower edges on the lower rails and are supported with their upper edges on the upper rails. When entering the delivery chute, the folding boxes, which are fed on the conveyor at a relatively flat incline, are erected steeply by the inclination of the guide rails. The disadvantage here is that the upper edge areas of the folding boxes are pressed strongly against each other when they are placed in the steep position, so that the foremost folding box in the delivery shaft is under a relatively high pressing pressure. However, this pressure is not constant, but depends on the respective stock of folding boxes on the conveyor.

In addition, from DE-A 23 21 771 a feed device for cardboard blanks is known, in which a vertical discharge shaft connects to a horizontal conveyor belt. The flat blanks set up on the conveyor belt lean against a driven stop roller in a very steep inclined position with their upper edge areas with a slight overhang over the discharge chute. When the conveying device is being driven, the foremost blank slides with its lower edge on the front deflection section of the conveyor belt into the delivery shaft, the rotation of the stop roller supporting the downward movement of the blank. The cut-to-size cut in this way, which is in a steep inclined position, then tilts into the delivery chute. Here, too, a touch device on the delivery chute controls the drive of the conveyor device in order to achieve a minimum height of the stack of blanks in the delivery chute. Although in this known device the removal of the lowest blank in the delivery chute is ensured because of the small, constant pressures, the transfer of the cuttings from the conveyor belt into the delivery chute is very problematic because of the steep inclined position of the blanks.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The magazine according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that constant removal conditions are created for the constant removal of folding boxes by the constant stack height in the delivery shaft and that the magazine can be refilled with folding boxes by the operator at an easily accessible working height. Furthermore, the relatively slight tilting of the foremost folding box from the conveyor into the discharge shaft results in a high level of operational safety.

Advantageous further developments and improvements of the magazine specified in claim 1 are possible through the measures listed in the subclaims. This enables a particularly simple and smooth transfer of folding boxes from the area of the conveyor into the discharge shaft.

Zeichnungdrawing

Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and are explained in more detail in the following description. 1 shows a first exemplary embodiment of a folding box magazine in a simplified side view, and FIG. 2 shows the transition of a conveying device into a delivery shaft of the magazine according to FIG. 1 in a diagrammatic representation.

Beschreibung der AusführungsbeispieleDescription of the embodiments

The magazine for holding a supply of folding boxes 1 and for dispensing one folding box each has a conveyor device 10 and a delivery slot 11. The conveyor device 10 has, for example, two parallel, endless conveyor belts 12, 13, the upper of which Lie dummies 15 on a table 16. The table 16 and the upper run 15 extend essentially in a horizontal plane, preferably they rise slightly towards the end of the conveyor belts 12, 13. At the end of the conveyor, the conveyor belts 12, 13 are guided around deflection rollers 17, which are driven by a motor 18 via a chain drive 19. The conveyor belts 12, 13 designed as toothed belts have sawtooth-shaped teeth 14 on their outside, the tips of which point in the conveying direction.

At the conveying end of the conveyor belts 12, 13, the discharge shaft 11 adjoins at a great incline, preferably in a vertical orientation. It is essentially formed from opposite vertical guide walls or rails 21, 22, which have projecting retaining lugs 23 at their lower ends lying in a common plane. A height-adjustable button 24 is arranged on the side of the discharge shaft 11, which detects the absence or sinking of folding boxes 1 in the discharge shaft 11 and controls the electric motor 18 for the conveying device 10 for filling up the shaft with folding boxes. The lower, open end of the delivery chute 11 is assigned a movable suction head 25, which in each case pulls the bottom folding box 1 resting on the holding lugs 23 downward from the delivery chute 11 and transfers it to a conveyor device, not shown, of a packaging machine.

The folding boxes 1 to be processed are placed in stacks on the table 16 or the upper runs 15 of the conveyor belts 12, 13 running thereon by an operator, in an inclined position in which the folding boxes 1 with their upper edges in the conveying direction of the conveyor belts 12, 13 are inclined in an angular range of 30 ° to 60 °. This results in a break of the stack of folding boxes at the transition of the conveyor 10 into the discharge shaft 11, so that between the stack of folding boxes 1 lying on the conveyor belts 12, 13 and the stack of folding boxes 1 located in the discharge shaft 11 there is a wedge-shaped one Gap is formed, the foremost folding boxes 1 of the stack resting on the conveyor belts 12, 13 and the table 16 at the transition from the conveyor 10 into the discharge shaft 11 projecting their upper, leading edges into the discharge shaft 11. In the area of the transition from the conveying device 10 into the discharge shaft 11, the folding boxes 1 successively tilt downwards from their inclined position into a horizontal position onto the upper end of the stack of folding boxes formed in the discharge shaft 11. The height of the folding box stack in the delivery shaft 11 is monitored by the button 24, which switches on the motor 18 of the conveyor 10 when the stack sinks, so that the conveyor belts 12, 13 push the folding box stack in the direction of the receiving shaft 11.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of rollers 30 are arranged at the conveying end of the conveying device 10, coaxially with the axis of the deflecting rollers 17 for the conveyor belts 12, 13, which are firmly connected to the deflecting rollers 17 and whose radius is greater than that of the deflecting rollers 17 , preferably equal to the sum of the radius of the deflection rollers 17 and the greatest thickness of the conveyor belts 12, 13, so that the folding boxes 1 lying in the deflection region of the conveyor belts 12, 13 lying on the circumference of the rollers 30 out of engagement with the teeth 14 of the conveyor belts 12, 13 reach. As a result, the feed exerted by the conveyor belts 12, 13 by positive locking is canceled, so that the foremost folding boxes 1 of the horizontal stack, which now tip into the discharge shaft 11, are only pushed completely by the rollers 30 into the discharge shaft 11 by the subsequent folding boxes 1 . Her trailing edge areas support the following folding boxes 1, which are held in an inclined position by the weight and pressure of the subsequent folding boxes 1, so that the foremost folding boxes 1 of the horizontal stack form the gap described above. With this support of the following folding boxes 1 in the horizontal stack, the exercise is carried out Pressure or weight is not transferred to the folding boxes 1 in the discharge shaft 11, but is taken up by the rollers 30, so that only the weight of the folding boxes 1 lying in the discharge shaft 11 is decisive for the pressure on the retaining lugs 13.
