Abstract
On décrit un procédé et une ligne de production pour traiter des planches de lithographie où le développement et le rinçage, et de préférence aussi le gommage, s'effectuent dans une unité de traitement (10) et où l'on apporte les corrections requises sur les planches traitées, les unes après les autres à leur sortie de l'unité de traitement (10), de sorte que l'on peut faire toutes les corrections d'image qui s'imposent. On peut cependant incorporer à l'unité de traitement (10), en aval de celle-ci un four de chauffe (16), ou l'installer séparément comme un four ''indépendant'' (21). Ce four chauffe les planches qui ont été développées et rincées dans l'unité de traitement (10) avant qu'elles ne soient corrigées sur une table de correction par exemple. L'opération de chauffe présente au moins quelques uns des avantages des fours à cuire traditionnels, mais parce que l'opération de chauffe est moins violente, on peut encore corriger les planches sur la table de correction, sans que les planches de lithographie définitives qui ont été corrigées n'en perdent pour autant leur résistance accrue aux attaques chimiques et/ou mécaniques, auxquelles elles sont généralement soumises ultérieurement au cours du processus de montage.A method and a production line are described for treating lithography plates where the development and rinsing, and preferably also the exfoliation, are carried out in a treatment unit (10) and where the required corrections are made to the treated boards, one after the other as they leave the processing unit (10), so that all the necessary image corrections can be made.
