Abstract

A rinsing siphon bag fits in any manhole, operates reliably and requires no connection to the network in order to perform an automatic emptying. The siphon bag includes an outer envelope (1) closed in itself, similar to a bag, a siphon pipe (2) which rises from the bottom of the bag, forming an angle from the bag, then descends once its point the higher reached. A connection (3) makes it possible to fill the siphon bag and loops and eyelets (4) or the like serve to reinforce it. The outer casing (1) and the siphon pipe (2) consist of a mobile tear-resistant and waterproof fabric.

Description

Spül-Hebersack für Kanalspülungen oder dergleichen Flush lifting bag for sewer flushing or the like
The invention relates to a rinsing siphon bag for sewer rinsing or the like.
.Sewer flushing devices have been known for a large number of years and are used in the sewer network of cities and municipalities. They either consist of fixed structural devices (flushing shafts, flushing chambers etc.) or of portable operational facilities (high-pressure flushing devices, flushing trolleys etc.).
A disadvantage of the flushing devices used hitherto can be seen in the fact that they either need their own structures (flushing shafts etc.) or require a high level of personnel (high-pressure flushing devices etc.) and cannot be accommodated in existing sewage systems (shafts or the like).
The invention has for its object to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages in sewer flushing of the type mentioned and to provide a flushing facility that fits into each sewer shaft, is safe in operation and does not require a power connection for the automatic emptying.
This goal is achieved in that the rinsing device consists of a self-contained sack-like outer skin, from which a lifting hose is led up from the sole and rises diagonally above the sack, in order then to drop again from the high point. The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the drawings.
The flushing sack 2 shown in Figure 1 consists of a self-contained outer skin 1, which can be hung with the fasteners 4 in a manhole 6. The content 7 is tailored to the local conditions. Through the connection piece 3, the sack is filled with tap water, process water, stream water or waste water. The rinsing water rises slowly, first in the sack and then only in the siphon tube 2 until the siphon crown 8 is out of balance due to the weight of the water body 9 and tilts downward. As a result, the air body 10 is entrained, the lifter starts and the rinsing lifter bag empties automatically. The deposits 11 in the channel are washed away and the filling process begins again. To minimize the frictional forces, the falling part of the lifting hose 2 is guided in a rigid jacket tube 12. Possibilities of guiding the lifting hose 2 above the sack are shown in plan view in FIGS. 2 to 5. FIGS. 6 to 7 show a further cross-section of other possibilities for lifting hose construction. If the sack has to be removed to enter the sewer network, the contents can be quickly drained off via the drain valve 5.
A device for channel flushing according to the invention presents no difficulties in manufacture. The cost is relatively low. Due to the nature of the material, the flushing sack can be placed in a normal manhole entry (D = 62.5 cm). It is emptied fully automatically and in regular periods without external energy, so that the mixed water sewer network up to the problematic initial positions is largely kept free of sewage deposits and the deposits are sent to the sewage treatment plant even in dry weather transported and cleaned there. When it rains, a huge amount of dirt is kept away from our waters.
