Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für einen Trafobaustein und einen Signalgeber zur Montage an einem Signalmast. Befestigungsvorrichtungen für Signalgeber am Signalmast sind an sich bekannt. So ist beispielsweise in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 89 02 750 ein Kombihalter beschrieben, der zur Befestigung eines Signalgebers an einem Signalmast für Verkehrslichtsignalanlagen dient.The invention relates to a fastening device for a transformer module and a signal transmitter for mounting on a signal mast. Bei der bisherigen Niedervolttechnik wurde im allgemeinen für jede Kammer ein eigener Transformator mit entsprechender Befestigung in der jeweiligen Signalgeberkammer angeordnet, wie dies beispielsweise in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster G 87 15 847 beschrieben ist. Pro Lichtsignalgeberkammer war dazu jeweils ein eigener Klemmenblock mit Stecker erforderlich (deutsches Gebrauchsmuster 87 15 848). Bei derartigen Verkehrssignalanlagen erfolgte die Verkabelung sternförmig vom Knotenpunkt Steuergerät zu den jeweiligen Signalmasten bzw. Dabei wird diese Anlage in Niedervolttechnik betrieben. Bei neuartigen Verkehrslichtsignalanlagen soll für die Spannungsumsetzung ein Trafo neben Gleichrichter und dazugehörigen Bauelementen für mehrere Signalgeber bzw.   • a) eine Bodenwanne mit einem angeformten Kombihalter und mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung für einen Trafobaustein sowie mit einer Halteeinrichtung und einer Kabelöffnung für den Signalgeber bildet mit einem Deckel einen Klemmenraum, in dem ein Klemmenblock angeordnet ist,
  • b) der Trafobaustein ist mit zugehörigen Rasthaken in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung an entsprechenden Rastnasen befestigt,
  • c) der Trafobaustein weist einen Trafo-Gleichrichter und eine Zuleitung auf,
  • d) der angeformte Kombihalter weist einen U-förmig ausgebildeten Kabel-Kanalbereich mit einer Kabeldurchführungsöffnung in der Seitenwand der Bodenwanne auf,
  • e) im Klemmenraum ist eine Kabelaufwickeleinrichtung vorgesehen,
  • f) der Deckel ist von zumindest einer Rastnase und einer Rastzunge, welche an der Bodenwanne angeformt sind und in entsprechende Ausnehmungen des Deckels greifen, gehalten.

Die Bodenwanne 1 ist mit einem Deckel 3 über Rastvorrichtungen abgeschlossen und bildet einen Klemmenraum, in dem ein Klemmenblock 7 angeordnet ist. An diesem sind die Kabelenden 4c,d der Versorgungskabel angeschlossen. In Fig. 4 und 5 ist der Trafobaustein 2 im Schnitt von zwei verschiedenen Seiten gezeigt. Der Trafobaustein 2 weist ein Gehäuse 2d auf, das als Trafobecher bezeichnet ist. Mit zumindest zwei Rasthaken 2i ist der Trafobaustein 2 an entsprechenden Rastnasen 1o der Bodenwanne 1 in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung 11 verrastet. Claims (11)

  1. Mounting device for a transformer module and for a signalling device to be mounted on a signal mast, characterized by the following features:
    a) a bottom pan (1) having an integrally formed combination holder (1b) and an accommodating device (11) for the transformer module (2) as well as a holding device (1n) and a cable opening (1g) for the signalling device (10) forms with a cover (3) a terminal compartment in which a terminal block (7) is arranged;
    b) the transformer module (2) is mounted by means of associated locating hooks (2i) in the accommodating device (11) on corresponding locating noses (1o);
    c) the transformer module (2) has a transformer (2f), a rectifier (2c) and a supply lead (2b);
    d) the integrally formed combination holder (1b) has a cable duct region (1c) of U-shaped construction and having a cable penetration opening (1d) in the side wall of the bottom pan (1);
    e) a cable take-up device (1e) is provided in the terminal chamber;
    f) the cover (3) is held by at least one locating nose (1p) and one locating tongue (1q) which are integrally formed on the bottom pan (1) and engage in corresponding cutouts (3b, 3c) of the cover (3).
  2. Mounting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the bottom pan (1) extends obliquely in the region of the cable inlet opening (1d) and forms a sloping connecting base (1k).
  3. Mounting device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the accommodating device (1b) is arranged below the sloping connecting base (1k).
  4. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cable take-up device (1e) is formed by a tube length which can be slotted and is integrally formed on the bottom pan (1) via the cylindrical holding device (1n).
  5. Mounting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a cover seal (3a) is arranged on the inner cover rim (3).
  6. Mounting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the locating tongue (1q) can be unlocked by means of a tool (12).
  7. Mounting device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a sealant (11) is arranged in the terminal compartment in the region of the cable penetration opening (1d).
  8. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a further sealant (8) is arranged in the terminal chamber in the region of the take-up device (1e).
  9. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is fitted on the signal mast (14) by means of the integrally formed combination holder (1b) using at least one clamping band (13).
  10. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a heat-conducting plate (2a) which is latched (2e) on the housing (2d) of the transformer module (2) is provided in the transformer module (2), and in that the rectifier (2c) and the transformer (2f) are mounted on the heat-conducting plate (2a).
  11. Mounting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the transformer module (2) is sealed by means of a casting compound (2h).
