Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindung von flächenartigen Teilen, insbesondere von Türfüllungen und/oder Glasscheiben, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Auspruchs 1.The invention relates to a connection of sheet-like parts, in particular door panels and / or glass panes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Aus der FR-A 2 303 906 ist eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden zweier flächenartiger Bauteile mit einander gegenüberliegenden Profilleisten, die auf den zueinanderweisenden Seiten mit einer längsverlaufenden, hinterschnittenen Nut versehen sind. Die Verbindung dieser Profilleisten erfolgt über zwei durch einen Gewindestift verbundene, axial fluchtende Bolzenteile, deren jeweils als Hammerkopf oder als Hammerkopf bzw. Gabelteil ausgebildete Enden in den Nuten verankert sind. Der Hammerkopf wird in die Nut eingeführt und durch Drehen mit einem Schraubenschlüssel, z.B. um 1/4 Umdrehung, des z.B. sechseckig ausgebildeten, mit dem Hammerkopf versehenen Bolzenteil in der Nut der Profilleiste verklemmt. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 genannten Merkmale gelöst. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die mittige Aussparung konkav gewölbt. Das Arretierungselement kann gegenüber der Profilleiste aus einem härteren Material gebildet sein. Vorteilhafterweise ist der Kopf des Arretierungselements ein- oder beidseitig konisch verlaufend ausgebildet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Arretierungselement mit einer oder mehreren im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Bohrungen zu versehen. Gemäß Fig. 1 sind eine Türfüllung 9 und eine Glasisolierscheibe 10 über zwei Profilleisten 1 unter Verwendung eines Distanz- und Verbindungselements 3 miteinander verbunden. Hierzu ist im Distanz- und Verbindungselement 3 beidseits je ein drehbares Arretierungselement 4 gelagert, das mit einem Kopf 5 in eine Hintergreifungsnut 2 der zugeordneten Profilleiste 1 festgelegt ist.1, a
Der Kopf 5 des Arretierungselements 4 besitzt rechteckige Form, wobei die Schmalseite kleiner und die längere Seite größer ist als die Öffnungsbreite der Hintergreifungsnut 2. Hierdurch läßt sich der Kopf 5 bequem in die Hintergreifungsnut 2 einführen. Durch eine kurze Drehung des Arretierungselements 4, zweckmäßigerweise durch eine Vierteldrehung, verriegelt sich der Kopf 5 in der Hintergreifungsnut 2, wodurch ein fester Preßsitz erreicht ist. Zur Erleichterung dieser Verriegelung kann der Kopf 5 mit konisch verlaufenden Anlageflächen versehen sein. Das dargestellte Distanz- Verbindungselement 3 ist nach Fig. 2 und 3 durch ein scheibenförmiges Element gebildet.The

Das Distanz- und Verbindungselement 3 ist an zwei Seiten ein- oder beidseitig so angefast, daß das verbleibende Futter 11 in die Einführungsöffnung der Hintergreifungsnut 2 einführbar ist.
