Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bauplatte zur Verwen­dung als wand- oder dachbildendes Element. Mit der Erfin­dung soll die Aufgabe gelöst werden, eine Bauplatte mit Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Flugfeuer und strahlende Wärme zu schaffen, die den Anforderungen nach DIN 4102, Teil 7 genügt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe weist die Bauplatte die Merkmale gemäss Anspruch 1 auf.The invention relates to a building board for use as a wall or roof-forming element. Bauplatten auf Bitumenbasis sind bekannt, besit­zen aber keine feuerhemmende Eigenschaft. Mit dem zusam­men mit einem feuerhemmenden Bindemittel als Beschichtung auf das aus einer Bitumenplatte bestehende Trägermaterial aufgebrachten Glimmer erzielt man den Vorteil, dass das im Glimmer gebunden enthaltene Kristallwasser bei Erwär­mung ab 100° verdampft und den Glimmer bläht, wodurch zwischen der Beschichtungsoberfläche und dem Trägermate­rial eine Dämmschicht entsteht, die bis zu 10 mm Dicke erreichen kann und verhindert, dass das Trägermaterial durchbrennt. Die Beschichtung ist vorzugsweise in einer Stärke von 2 bis 3 mm auf die Bitumenplatte aufgebracht. Das Bindemittel für den Glimmer ist vorzugsweise eine feuerhemmende Dispersionsfarbe, die ausser als Bindemit­tel für den Glimmer auch für die Haftung der Beschichtung auf dem Trägermaterial dient.Bitumen-based building boards are known, but have no fire-retardant property. Das Glimmer-Farbgemisch wird mittels eines Spritzsystems "Airless" aufgespritzt und die anschliessende Trocknung erfolgt in einem Trocknertunnel mit Umluftsystem, wobei der Dispersionsfarbe das Wasser entzogen wird. Das as­bestfreie aufgetragene Glimmer enthält gebundenes Kri­stallwasser, welches bei der Erwärmung ab 100° C ver­dampft und den Glimmer bläht oder exfoliert, wodurch zwischen der Bitumenplatte und der Beschichtungsoberflä­che eine Dämmschicht entsteht. Diese Dämmschicht, die bis 10 mm Dicke erreicht, verleiht der Bauplatte die Wider­standsfähigkeit gegen Flugfeuer und strahlende Wärme. Sie verhindert das Durchbrennen der Bitumenplatte.
