Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung um ein Sonnenschutztuch (1) unter Spannung zu halten, welches horizontal oder mit einer leichten Neigung oberhalb einer eine Tragekonstruktion (2) aufweisenden Struktur, wie zum Beispiel einer Veranda, einer Pergola, eines Gewächshauses oder dergleichen, ausgebreitet ist,
    wobei das Sonnenschutztuch (1) ein mit einem bevorzugterweise motorgetriebenen, sich drehenden Wickelelement (3) verbundenes Ende aufweist und sein gegenüberliegendes Ende mit einer Verschiebeführungsmittel (6,7) umfassenden beweglichen Spannbelastungsstange verbunden ist,
    wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens zwei Federkraftarme (8,9) umfaßt, von denen jeder derart schwenkbar zwischen einem festen Punkt (13,18) nahe dem Wickelelement (3) des Tuchs (1) und einem beweglichen, mit der Spannbelastungsstange (5) verbundenen Punkt (16,21) angebracht ist, daß diese durch ihre Federkraftelemente (36) im Verlängerungssinn vorgespannten Arme auf die Spannbelastungsstange (5) eine Schubkraft ausüben, welche versucht, die Spannbelastungsstange von dem Wickelelement (3) des Tuchs (1) zu entfernen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens zwei längbare, zusammen eine "X"-förmige Anordnung aufweisende Federkraftarme (8,9) umfaßt, wobei sich die zwei Arme (8,9) kreuzen und (bei 10) im Bereich ihrer zentralen Abschnitte (14,19) schwenkbar verbunden sind, und wobei jeder mit einem Ende an einem festen Punkt (13,18) nahe dem Wickelelement (3) des Tuchs (1) angelenkt ist und mit dem anderen Ende an einem beweglichen, mit der Spannbelastungsstange (5) verbundenen Punkt (16,21).
  2. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längbaren Arme (8,9) an festen Stellen (13, 18) angelenkt sind, welche zum das Wickelelement (3) des Tuchs (1) stützenden Gestell (11) gehören.
  3. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach dem Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder längbare Arm (8,9) ein erstes Teleskopspannungselement umfaßt, welches an der festen Stelle (13,18) angelenkt ist und über ein Zwischenelement (14,19), das (bei 10) mit dem entsprechenden Element des anderen längbaren Arms schwenkbar verbunden ist, mit einem an der beweglichen, mit der Spannbelastungsstange (5) verbundenen Stelle (16,21) angelenkten, zweiten Teleskopspannungselement (15,20) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei oder mehrere Paare von längbaren, die Form eines "X" bildenden Armen (8,9) umfaßt.
  5. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder jedes Teleskopspannungselement (12,15,17,20) eines längbaren Arms (8,9) einen zentralen Schaft (32) aufweist, welcher mit einem ersten an einem Ende des Elements vorgesehenem Ansatzstück (31) verbunden ist, ein mit einem zweiten am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Elements gelegenen Ansatzstück (34) verbundenes Rohr (35) und eine rohrförmige, den zentralen Schaft (32) umgebende Verkleidung (39), welche mit dem ersten Ansatzstück (31) verbunden ist und auf das mit dem zweiten Ansatzstück (34) verbundene Rohr (35) aufschiebbar ist, und wobei eine spiralförmige Feder (36) mit ihren beiden Enden gegen die zwei Ansatzstücke (31,34) abgestützt um den zentralen Schaft (32) herum und in dem vorher angeführten Rohr (35) angebracht ist.
  6. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zentrale Schaft (32) metallen ist und außen durch einen Schutzüberzug (37) aus Plastikmaterial bedeckt ist, während das ebenfalls metallene Rohr (35) eine innere Plastikauskleidung (38) umfaßt, derart, daß die Windungen der Feder (36) mit den Plastikabschnitten in Kontakt kommen.
  7. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkraft der längbaren Arme durch wenigstens einen Zylinder mit eingeschlossenem Gas erzeugt wird, welcher jeden Arm bildet oder in diesen Arm integriert ist.
  8. Vorrichtung, um ein Sonnenschutztuch unter Spannung zu halten, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkraft der längbaren Arme durch wenigstens ein einem von einer äußeren Quelle gelieferten Gas- oder Flüssigkeitsdruck ausgesetztes Element erzeugt wird, wobei eine Antriebskraft zum Abwickeln des Tuches (1) erzeugt wird, und das Wickelelement (3) des Tuchs gegen diese Antriebskraft zum Beispiel durch eine Torsionsfeder widerstandsfähig gemacht ist.
