Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne un connecteur pour circuit résistif solidaire d'un support souple ainsi que les circuits résistifs souples munis d'un tel connecteur.
- Les circuits résistifs souples sont utilisés pour le chauffage et/ou le désembuage de miroirs tels que des rétroviseurs extérieurs de véhicules automobiles ou des miroirs de salles de bains. En effet, ces circuits peuvent être facilement collés sur la face dépolie de la glace réfléchissante, par exemple au moyen d'un film autocollant.
- Ces circuits nécessitent une connexion parfaitement étanche du fait de l'humidité dans laquelle ils sont appelés à fonctionner, cette humidité risquant en particulier d'oxyder les bornes de contact.
- On a proposé (FR-A-89 06246) de fixer deux contacts mâles aux extrémités du circuit, de les replier sous forme de broches, et d'enfermer les broches ainsi constituées dans un boîtier muni d'un bord en saillie ên appui sur la surface-du support du circuit. Cet te solution n'offre pas toutes les garanties d'étanchéité requises et, en outre, l'encombrement dû au boîtier constitue une gêne dans certaines applications.
- La présente invention vise à fournir un nouveau connecteur ne présentant pas les inconvénients des connecteurs connus.
- A cet effet, le connecteur selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux fils de connexion fixés chacun à une extrémité respectivement à une extrémité du circuit résistif, et une plaque isolante collée sur le support du circuit et recouvrant les extrémités du circuit résistif ainsi qu'une portion des fils de connexion, ladite plaque comportant un canal en forme de Y pour le passage des fils et deux bossages aux extrémités des branches dudit canal pour le logement des moyens de fixation des fils sur le circuit.
- On obtient ainsi un connecteur extrêmement plat et présentant une étanchéité élevée du fait de l'obturation du canal par les deux fils adjacents dans le pied de ce canal.
- Avantageusement, l'extrémité libre de chaque fil est munie d'une fiche de connexion.
- De préférence, les fils de connexion sont munis d'une rondelle soudée, collée ou rivetée à l'extrémité correspondante du circuit résistif.
- L'invention concerne également les circuits résistifs souples munis d'un tel connecteur. De préférence, le circuit résistif est constitué par un dépôt d'une encre résistive sur un support souple en polyester ou en mylar.
- L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante faite en se référant au dessin annexé dans lequel:
- La figure 1 est une vue schématique de dessus d'un cir cuit selon un exemple de réalisation de l'invention, et la figure 2 est une vue schématique en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1.
- Le circuit résistif souple est constitué par un support souple 1 en polyester ou en mylar sur lequel est déposé un circuit 2 formé par une encre résistive. Le circuit 2 comporte deux bornes d'extrémité 3.
- Une rondelle 4 est fixée par un rivet 5 sur chaque borne 3. Chaque rondelle 4 est solidaire d'un fil de connexion 6. Les rondelles 4 peuvent également être soudées ou collées. A son extrémité libre, le fil de connexion 6 est équipé d'une borne de connexion, par exemple une fiche mâle 7.
- Une plaque isolante 8 est collée sur le support 1 et comporte un canal 9 en forme de Y. Les extrémités des branches du canal 9 sont terminées par un bossage 10 enfermant la connexion entre la rondelle 4 et la borne 3. Les fils 6 sont logés chacun dans une branche du canal 9 et sont côte à côte dans le pied du canal 9.

caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de chaque fil (6) est munie d'une fiche de connexion (7).
caractérisé en ce que les fils de connexion (6) sont munis d'une rondelle (4) soudée, collée ou rivetée à l'extrémité (3) correspondante du circuit résistif (1).
caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un dépôt d'une encre résistive (2) sur un support souple (1) en polyester ou en mylar.
