Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Anziehen von Schraubverbindungen mittels eines drehmomentabgebenden Werkzeugs, welches eine Energieversorgung besitzt, mit einer Drehmomentbeaufschlagung einer anzuziehenden Verbindung, bis in der Verbindung ein vorbestimmtes Vorspannungsniveau erreicht wird, wonach die Drehmomentabgabe beendet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Erreichen des vorbestimmten Vorspannungsniveaus in der Verbindung die Drehmomentbeaufschlagung der Verbindung durch das Werkzeug durch allmähliches Verringern der Energiezufuhr zum Werkzeug allmählich beendet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die Drehmomentbeaufschlagung zumindest über einen wesentlichen Teil des Drehmomentbereichs kontinuierlich herabgesetzt wird, welcher auf der einen Seite durch einen Drehmomentwert, der dem vorbestimmten Vorspannungsniveau entspricht, und auf der anderen Seite durch das Nullniveau begrenzt ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Drehmomentbeaufschlagung in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten beendet wird, wobei der erste Schritt auf dem vorbestimmten Vorspannungsniveau beginnt und einen verhältnismäßig kurz dauernden, schlagartigen Abfall des angelegten Drehmoments und der zweite Schritt einen vergleichsweise lang dauernden, im wesentlichen linearen Abfall des angelegten Drehmoments umfaßt.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 zum Anziehen von Schraubverbindungen, mit einem drehmomentabgebenden Motorwerkzeug (10), einer Energieversorgungseinrichtung (11), die das Werkzeug mit einer Energiequelle verbindet, und einer mit der Energieversorgungseinrichtung (11) gekoppelten Steuereinheit (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Steuereinheit (12) das Abschalten der Energieversorgung zum Werkzeug bei Erreichen des vorbestimmten Vorspannungsniveaus und eine fortgeführte, allmählich verringerte Energiezufuhr des Werkzeugs nach Verlassen des vorbestimmten Vorspannungsniveaus auslösbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher die Steuereinheit (12) zum Auslösen des Abschaltens und der fortgeführten, allmählich verringerten Energiezufuhr ein Einstellglied (16) aufweist, mit welchem die Abfallrate der Energiezufuhr einstellbar ist.
