Claims (5)

  1. Ignition coil, in particular for an internal combustion engine of an automobile vehicle, comprising, within a housing (50), a magnetic assembly including in particular a magnetic core (54) placed within a primary spool (53), a secondary spool (55) coaxial with the primary spool (53), primary (52) and secondary (56) windings, a magnetic flux return circuit (56) constituting a metallic armature, a high tension connection assembly including in particular an insert member (30) secured in the secondary spool (55), a high tension bushing (1), a high tension guide member (25) in which a high tension output member made of a spring (61) is placed, means for positionning the high tension connection assembly within the housing (50) and means for securing the high tension guide member (25) within the bushing (1), characterized in that said positionning means and said securing means comprises a tongue (27) forming an extension of the high tension guide member (25) and cooperating with the bushing (1) and the insert member (30).
  2. Ignition coil according to claim 1, characterized in that the tongue (27) has a thinner tip (29) cooperating with a slot (33) formed in the insert member (30).
  3. Ignition coil according to any of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the tongue (27) of the high tension guide member (25) cooperate by snap-fit with a recess (14) formed in the high tension bushing (1).
  4. Ignition coil according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said positionning means further comprises pins (13,14) integral with a bar (7) of the high tension bushing (1).
  5. Ignition coil according to any of claims 1 to 4, comprising means for securing the high tension output member (25), characterized in that said securing means are constituted by a resin poured inthe housing (50).
