Description

Bei einer bekannten Ausführung dieser Art (DE-OS 31 15 475) sind im Bereich der Druckwerkszylinder Schutzabdeckungen vorgesehen, um zu verhindern, daß die Bedienungsperson unbeabsichtigt in Gefahrenbereiche, z.B. in den Einlaufspalt der Zylinder, gerät. Derartige Schutzabdekkungen sind bei einer modernen Mehrfarbendruckmaschine in großer Stückzahl erforderlich, so daß der Bedienungsaufwand steigt, die Zugänglichkeit zur Maschine oft leidet und das Aussehen der Maschine hierdurch ebenfalls nicht verbessert wird. Berücksichtigt man, daß moderne Druckmaschinen einen immer höheren Automatisierungsgrad aufweisen, was sich insbesondere auch auf die Druckwerke bezieht, so wird das Verhältnis zwischen dem Aufwand für Schutzvorrichtungen und deren Nutzen im praktischen Einsatz immer ungünstiger.In a known embodiment of this type (DE-OS 31 15 475) protective covers are provided in the area of the printing unit cylinders in order to prevent the operator from being accidentally in danger areas, e.g. into the inlet gap of the cylinder. Weiterhin wird durch die beschriebene Lösung nur noch eine Schutzeinrichtung benötigt, so daß der Aufwand gegenüber den bekannten Ausführungen verringert wurde. Außerdem lassen sich bei Mehrfarbenmaschinen die Druckwerke kompakter bauen, so daß sich die Schutz- und Schallschutzmaßnahmen nicht negativ auswirken. Weiterhin ist die kapselförmige Schutzvorrichtung zur Ableitung von in den Druckwerken entstehenden Dämpfen und Wärme mit einer Absaugeinrichtung versehen, so daß neben der Geräuschdämmung auch Umweltschutzmaßnahmen einfach und wirkungsvoll zu realisieren sind. So läßt sich bei einem Umluftsystem z.B. auch eine Kühlung der Druckwerke durchführen, oder es kann trockene Frischluft zugeführt werden, um den Bedruckstoff mit dem Farbaufdruck zu trocknen und die Lösungsmittel abzuführen.In a further embodiment, the capsule-shaped protective device as a whole and / or its individual elements are protected by electrical circuit breakers.
