Definitions
- the invention relates to a stand component, in particular a counter, sales and / or information and / or trade fair stand made up of individually assembled plates and supports.
- Such counters or stands can often be found at garden and street festivals, sporting events, fairs or advertising and information or presentation events, for example from clubs or political parties, as well as at trade fairs. They consist of vertically arranged and horizontally arranged wooden panels of such dimensions that allow manual handling of the panels during assembly. The individual plates are connected to one another by means of interlocking hinges, and the statics are supported by metallic pipes, which may be vertically elongated beyond the horizontal plates and are arranged between adjacent plates.
- the invention has for its object to provide a stand component, in particular a counter or a stand of the type mentioned, the components of which are easy to transport and assemble and which allow assembly according to the modular principle.
- this object is achieved in that at least one bore or a groove is arranged at the same distance from the longitudinal axis in a support surface on both sides of the longitudinal axis of support bases and the plates are engaged with pins or springs in the bores or the grooves.
- Both the support base and the plates always defined position or arrangement of the holes or grooves or pins or springs, which can be formed in a preferred embodiment as an aluminum part connected to the plate, a positive engagement of the corresponding connecting parts is always guaranteed if the plates lie on the support surfaces of the support base.
- the components can also be made of other materials, e.g. made of plastic or plexiglass.
- trapezoidal plates can be formed into a hexagonal stand with the support bases connect component.
- the hexagonal contour offers an optimal length of the counter or the work surface in relation to the space required for the counter or the stand.
- the support bases are provided with posts which extend so far beyond the contact surfaces of the support bases so that both for the front and behind the counter, i.e. There is sufficient headroom within the hexagonal stand component for people to stand on - you can use the posts - if the stand component is outdoors, e.g. is used as a counter - stretch a weatherproof tarpaulin or attach an umbrella-like roof. It is advisable to make grooves or holes in the head surfaces. A crossbar and tent roof clamping bracket can then be snapped into place with corresponding springs or pegs.
- the side surfaces of the plates facing the posts advantageously have a cutout corresponding to the length and half the thickness of the posts.
- At least two adjacent posts can be connected to one another at their head ends via a cross strut.
- the strut not only supports the relationship, but also fulfills visual and practical purposes. Because the area bridged by a cross strut of two neighboring posts can be characterized in this way purely optically as an access or gate to the interior of the counter or the stand; it is understood that in the area between the two posts forming the access, the corresponding counter plate is either completely removed or temporarily lifted off the base.
- the support bases can be provided with vertical grooves on their long sides. These vertical grooves, which are located away from the post-side end of the support base, extend from the support surface to the foot end and allow the counter to be sealed off from the outside by inserting plates into the opposite vertical grooves of two adjacent support bases. Finally, adjacent posts can be connected to one another on the foot side by means of an end beam. This improves the statics and the bond of the stand component; if the end beams are also provided with a longitudinal groove, the plates inserted between the posts can also be snapped into the end beams.
- support bases are wooden planks, which do not need to be thicker than 40 mm and have a width or length of, for example, 280 mm and a height - including posts - of, for example, 2000 mm.
- the support surface of the support base can be at a height of about 1000 mm, calculated from the floor, and can be 140 mm long, i.e. be half the total length of the support base including the post.
- the stand component 1 consists of six equally spaced support bases 2, which are provided at their ends facing the interior 3 with uprights 4 projecting above head height, and of trapezoidal plates which form the counter 5 of the stand component 6.
- the plates 6 are provided on their side surfaces 7 with recesses 9 starting from the short base edge 8 (cf. FIGS. 3a and 3b), which have the length 11 and half the thickness 12 of the dimensions of the post 4 shown in FIG. 4 correspond to a support base 2; the entire length 13 of the support base 2 is twice as long as the length 11 of the post 4.
- springs 14 see FIG. 3a
- L- are on the rear sides of the plates 6.
- Angles made of wood or pin 15 (see FIG. 3b) or aluminum parts 29 as springs (see FIG. 6) are arranged.
- the aluminum parts 29 are connected to the plates 6 by means of screws 31 - shown schematically.
- two support bases 2 are first set up at a distance corresponding to the dimensions of a plate 6 and then the plate 6 is placed on the support base 2 such that the recesses 9 overlap the posts 4 and either snap the springs 14, 29 or pins 15 into corresponding bores 16 or grooves 17 (see FIGS. 5a and 5b) of the support base 2.
- the bores 16 or pins 17 are each arranged in the support surfaces 18 of the support base 2 with the same axial distance 19 from the longitudinal axis 21 of the support base 2.
- Each plate 6 inserted between two support bases 2 and locked in the corresponding bores 16 or grooves 17 ends with its ends of the side faces 7 protruding towards the recesses 9 along the longitudinal axis 21 of the support surface 18 of the support base 2 appropriately set up support base 2 locked - plates 6 with their side surfaces 7 in the plane of Longitudinal axes 21 of the contact surfaces 18 are flush with one another.
- the stand component 1 shown completely in FIG. 1 thus has a completely closed counter 5.
- vertical grooves 23 run in the longitudinal sides 22 of the support base 2 near their outer edge, facing away from the post 4 and thus seen from the interior 3 of the counter 1, from the support surfaces 18 to the foot end 24.
- Two in the opposite vertical grooves 23 Adjacent support base 2, inserted screens 25, for example plywood panels, completely seal off the interior 3 of the stand component 1 from the outside (cf. FIG. 1).
- a section between two support bases 2 remains open and gives access to the interior 3; it is only necessary to lift off the plate 6 which is locked there in the support base 2.
- a cross strut 26 is inserted into the head ends of the two posts 4 of the support base 2 forming the access to the interior 3 of the stand component 1. This area of the stand component is thus clearly marked as an access.
- the stand component 1 according to FIG. 7 is also provided with a tent roof 32 and with end bar 33 on the foot side in relation to the embodiment according to FIG. 1, into which - except for the access - the screens 25 are latched.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a stand component, in particular a counter, sales and / or information and / or trade fair stand made up of individually assembled plates and supports.
Such counters or stands can often be found at garden and street festivals, sporting events, fairs or advertising and information or presentation events, for example from clubs or political parties, as well as at trade fairs.
The invention has for its object to provide a stand component, in particular a counter or a stand of the type mentioned, the components of which are easy to transport and assemble and which allow assembly according to the modular principle.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that at least one bore or a groove is arranged at the same distance from the longitudinal axis in a support surface on both sides of the longitudinal axis of support bases and the plates are engaged with pins or springs in the bores or the grooves. In this way, a modular system can be realized with light components of the stand component to be put together for a wide variety of purposes, the components of which are interchangeable, i.e. are assembled in any order. Because of all components, i.e. Both the support base and the plates always defined position or arrangement of the holes or grooves or pins or springs, which can be formed in a preferred embodiment as an aluminum part connected to the plate, a positive engagement of the corresponding connecting parts is always guaranteed if the plates lie on the support surfaces of the support base. Alternatively, the components can also be made of other materials, e.g. made of plastic or plexiglass.
If plates that are snapped into adjacent support bases abut flush along the longitudinal axes of the support surfaces, the result is a closed surface of the counter or work surface formed by the plates resting horizontally on the support bases. After the pins or springs have snapped into the corresponding bores or grooves in the support base, a plate ends with its side faces along the longitudinal axes of the support surfaces of two adjacent support bases.
According to a preferred embodiment, trapezoidal plates can be formed into a hexagonal stand with the support bases connect component. The hexagonal contour offers an optimal length of the counter or the work surface in relation to the space required for the counter or the stand.
If the support bases are provided with posts which extend so far beyond the contact surfaces of the support bases so that both for the front and behind the counter, i.e.
The side surfaces of the plates facing the posts advantageously have a cutout corresponding to the length and half the thickness of the posts. After assembly, two adjacent panels thus enclose a post from three sides and, with their end edges protruding from the cutouts, abut one another flush along the longitudinal axes of the contact surfaces.
At least two adjacent posts can be connected to one another at their head ends via a cross strut. The strut not only supports the relationship, but also fulfills visual and practical purposes. Because the area bridged by a cross strut of two neighboring posts can be characterized in this way purely optically as an access or gate to the interior of the counter or the stand; it is understood that in the area between the two posts forming the access, the corresponding counter plate is either completely removed or temporarily lifted off the base.
The support bases can be provided with vertical grooves on their long sides.
Also suitable as support bases are wooden planks, which do not need to be thicker than 40 mm and have a width or length of, for example, 280 mm and a height - including posts - of, for example, 2000 mm. The support surface of the support base can be at a height of about 1000 mm, calculated from the floor, and can be 140 mm long, i.e. be half the total length of the support base including the post.

Fig. 3b) oder Aluminiumteile 29 als Federn (vgl. Fig. 6) angeordnet. The stand component 1 consists of six equally
Das in Fig. 1 komplett dargestellte Standbauelement 1 besitzt somit einen völlig geschlossenen Tresen 5.When assembling the stand component 1 consisting of the
Fig. 1). As shown in FIG. 4,
As shown in FIG. 4, in the part of the
Zum Spannen und Stützen des Zeltdaches 32 überbrückt ein mitThe stand component 1 according to FIG. 7 is also provided with a

Clamping angles 36 (see FIG. 9) with
