Description

Abgesehen davon, daß durch Einzelbefestigung der Bauelemente der so gebildete elektrische Haartrockner einen hohen Bauaufwand erforderlich macht, ist auch eine schwierige Austauschbarkeit der getrennt und unabhängig gehaltenen Bauelemente zu Reparaturen gegeben. Außerdem erweist sich die zusätzliche Befestigung der Schaltmittel für Gebläse und Heizelement an einer Griffschale als umständlich.In a known electric hair dryer (US Pat. Der Erfindung gemäß hat diese Aufgabe dadurch eine Lösung gefunden, daß zwischen den Schalen ein zylindrisches Mittelteil mit einem in die Griffschalen sich erstreckenden Steg eingeschlossen ist und daß das Mittelteil ein mit diesem fest verbundenes Ausblasgitter aufweist, welches den Gebläsemotor mit Gebläserad und die Heizwicklung trägt. Das Mittelteil bildet so einen gemeinsamen Träger für das Gebläse und Heizelement sowie den Schaltmitteln, der als Einheit in die Gehäuse- und Griffschalen mit geringem Montageaufwand einbring- und haltbar bzw. zu Auswechselvorgängen entfernbar ist. Bevorzugt durchgreift das zylindrische Mittelteil mit seinem Ausblasgitter eine Ausnehmung der vorderseitigen Schale und überragt diese nach vorne mit einer Teillänge, so daß sich zur Stabilisierung des Aufnahmegehäuses Schale und Mittelteil aufeinander abstützen können. Außerdem ist vorgesehen, daß der Steg des Mittelteils das Schaltglied für die Betriebsstufen und Aus aufnimmt, dessen Betätigungselement zweckmäßig über eine öffnung aus der rückseitigen Griffschale herausgeführt ist.According to the invention, this object has found a solution in that a cylindrical middle part is enclosed with a web extending into the grip shells between the shells and that the middle part has a discharge grille which is firmly connected to the latter and carries the blower motor with impeller and the heating winding. In Weiterbildung des Haartrockners ist zur Verbindung der Schalen vorgesehen, daß an einer der topfförmigen Schale mindestens ein eine Hinterschneidung der anderen topfförmigen Schale hinterfassender Hakenteil ausgebildet ist und daß beide Schalen durch den Hakenteil und durch zusätzlich im Bereich der Griffschalen angeordnete Schraubverbindungen aneinander abnehmbar festlegbar sind. Zweckmäßig ist zu Zentrierungen beider Schalen noch vorgesehen, daß mindestens eine Schale in der inneren Oberfläche über die gemeinsame Trennungsebene vorstehende Zentrierzapfen für die jeweils andere Schale aufweist. Zur weiteren Förderung der Stabilität des Aufnahmegehäuses wird schließlich noch vorgeschlagen, daß die rückseitige Schale eine sich annähernd über den ganzen Querschnitt derselben erstreckende Gebläselufteinlaßöffnung aufweist und daß diese Gebläselufteinlaßöffnung durch ein an der Schale angeformtes Lufteinlaßgitter übergriffen ist. In den Figuren sind mit 1 und 2 topfförmige Schalen bezeichnet, die daß Aufnahmegehäuse für einen zylindrischen Mittelteil 3 bilden, der beim Ausführungsbeispiel den Gebläsemotor 4 mit Gebläserad 5und eine Heizwicklung 6 aufnimmt. An den Randbereich der Schalen 1 und 2 schließen sich mit stumpfen Winkeln schräg nach unten und vorne gerichtete Griffschalen 7, 8 an, die gemeinsam ein Formstück 9 mit einer Ringöse 10 und einer Kabeleinführung 11 halten. Die Schalen 1, 2 sowie die Griffschalen 7, 8 sind beim Ausführungsbeispiel aus Kunststoff gebildet, die im Bereich ihrer gemeinsamen Trennungsebene eine Nut 12 bzw. Feder 13 aufweisen. An der Schale 1 ist ein Hakenteil 14 angeformt, der in eine Ausnehmung 15 der Schale 2 beim Zusammenfügen der Gehäuseteile 2 eingreift. - Hair drier according to claim 1, characterised in that there is provided on one shell (1) at least one hook member (14), which engages behind an undercut portion (15) of the other shell (2), and in that both shells (1, 2) are detachably mountable on each other by means of the hook member (14) and by means of screw connections, which are disposed in the region of the handle shells (7, 8).
- Hair drier according to claim 1, characterised in that the internal surface of at least one shell (1 or 2) is provided with centering pins, which protrude over the entire parting plane, for centering the other shell (2 or 1 respectively).
- Hair drier according to claim 1, characterised in that the shell (2) has a fan air inlet aperture (19), which extends approximately over the entire cross-section of said shell, and in that the fan air inlet aperture (19) is overlapped by an air inlet grid (20), which is formed on the shell (2).
- Hair drier according to claim 1, characterised in that the handle shells (7, 8) are inclinedly disposed on the shells (1, 2) at obtuse angles.
