Claims (5)
- Niederspannungs Leistungsschalter mit Mehrfachkontakt für hohe Nennströme, der in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (14) installiert ist und pro Pol- mehrere bewegliche Kontaktfinger (34) gleicher Länge, die in geringem relativem Abstand parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und durch einen Schaltmechanismus zwischen einer Einschaltstellung und einer Ausschaltstellung hin und herbewegt werden können,- einen feststehenden Hauptkontakt (24), der in der Einschaltstellung mit einem beweglichen Hauptkontakt (56) jedes einzelnen Kontaktfingers (34) zusammenwirkt,- zwei Anschlüssen (26, 42), die elektrisch mit dem feststehenden Hauptkontakt (24) sowie mit den Kontaktfingern (34) verbunden sind,- sowie eine Lichtbogenlöschkammer (18) mit einem Löschblechpaket zur Entionisierung umfaßt, die von zwei zur Lichtbogenführung und -wanderung dienenden, leitenden Lichtbogenhörnern (20, 22) begrenzt wird, wobei eines (20) der ortsfesten Lichtbogenhörner elektrisch mit dem feststehenden Hauptkontakt (24) verbunden ist und einen Zwischenabsatz (60) aufweist, der sich über eine kurze Entfernung in der Verschiebungsrichtung der frontseitigen Verlängerungen (58) der Kontaktfinger (34) erstreckt, um die Längung des Lichtbogens in der ersten Phase der Kontakttrennung zu begrenzen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leistungsschalter darüber hinaus- einen feststehenden Lichtbogenkontakt (64), der in dem Raum zwischen dem Zwischenabsatz (60) des Lichtbogenhorns (20) und dem feststehenden Hauptkontakt (24) angeordnet ist, wobei der Abstand des genannten feststehenden Lichtbogenkontakts (64) zu dem Absatz (60) geringer ist als zu dem feststehenden Hauptkontakt (24),- einen beweglichen Lichtbogenkontakt (62), der zwischen dem Ende mindestens eines Kontaktfingers (34) und dem beweglichen Hauptkontakt (56) angeordnet ist,- sowie Mittel zum Schließen der Lichtbogenkontakte (62, 64) zu Beginn des Öffnungshubs der Kontaktfinger (34) und vor der Trennung der Hauptkontakte (24, 56) umfaßt. - Leistungsschalter mit Mehrfachkontakt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lichtbogen durch entsprechende Ausführung des feststehenden Lichtbogenkontakts (64) in Bezug auf die Mittelachse des Pols zentriert wird.
- Leistungsschalter mit Mehrfachkontakt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit dem Absatz (60) versehene ortsfeste Lichtbogenhorn (20) aus Stahl besteht und daß der feststehende Hauptkontakt (24) und der feststehende Lichtbogenkontakt (64) als zwei parallel zueinander liegende und quer zu den Kontaktfingern (34) angeordnete Plättchen ausgeführt sind, wobei das Plättchen des feststehenden Lichtbogenkontakts (64) kürzer ist als das Plättchen des feststehenden Hauptkontakts (24).
- Leistungsschalter mit Mehrfachkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfinger (34) im Innern eines Kontaktträgerkäfigs (38) schwenkbar auf einer ersten Querachse (36) gelagert sind und daß der genannte Isolierstoff-Kontaktträger käfig (38) durch Einwirkung des Schaltmechanismus' zwischen der Einschaltstellung und der Ausschaltstellung eine Kippbewegung um eine zweite Gelenkachse (48) ausführen kann, wobei die gesamte Einheit so ausgeführt ist, daß beim Schließen der Lichtbogenkontakte (62, 64) jeweils entgegengesetzte Drehbewegungen des Kontaktträgerkäfigs (38) einerseits und der Kontaktfinger (34) andererseits erzeugt werden.
- Leistungsschalter mit Mehrfachkontakt nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feststehende Lichtbogenkontakt (64) an einem zwischen dem Lichtbogenhorn (20) und dem Anschluß (26) eingefügten Leiterstück (23) befestigt ist, auf dem der feststehende Hauptkontakt (24) angeordnet ist.
