Description

The invention relates to a box made up of side wall parts, bottom wall, top wall and rear wall and inserts of different widths and numbers with single or multiple module heights.

A box of this type is known, which is composed of side wall parts, bottom wall, top wall and rear wall. The different wall parts must be available for boxes of different sizes in different dimensions. For example, the side wall parts and the rear wall parts have a height for 4, 5, 6 or another plurality of inserts. The width of the bottom wall and the top wall also differs depending on the width of the inserts. This means a considerable effort for warehousing. In addition, the manufacturing outlay, in particular the outlay for the manufacturing tools, is very large, since a separate tool must be provided for each dimension.

The object of the invention is such a design of the box that variable dimensions can be produced with a small number of wall parts.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that side wall parts with module height are designed to be pluggable one above the other, that bottom wall sections which are pluggable as a bottom wall and pluggable top wall sections are provided as a top wall and the rear wall is designed to be pluggable.

The invention differs from the prior art in that the side wall parts have module heights and can be plugged one above the other in accordance with the desired overall height of the box. So you come with a single side wall part for boxes of different dimensions out. The side wall part normally has a length of 350 mm. This is sufficient to accommodate the usual paper dimensions and other materials. The bottom wall sections and the top wall sections allow variable assembly of a box for several rows of drawers.

The remaining wall parts are pluggable and also modular, so that there is great variability in the transverse dimensions of the box.

A firm cohesion of the side wall parts is achieved in that each side wall part has a longitudinal slot on the underside and insertion lugs on the upper side for said longitudinal slot.

A mutual alignment of the side wall parts is ensured in that the longitudinal slot is divided in the middle by a transverse wall and that the insertion lugs have a gap corresponding to the transverse wall. This also ensures that the top wall sections and the bottom wall sections are centered and aligned.

A firm clamping of the side wall parts into one another is achieved in that the insertion lugs are alternately offset from one another in the width direction.

An additional security against loosening of the side wall parts is achieved in that each side wall part has a flexible latching lug on the top and windows on the underside in accordance with the arrangement of the latching lug.

A high stiffness of the side wall parts is achieved in that the central part of each side wall part has sawtooth adjoining sections.

The variability of the structure is increased in that the bottom wall section and the top wall sections each cover half the dimension of a side wall part. So you can arrange the bottom wall sections and top wall sections in adjacent sections of the box mutually offset.

The centering is ensured in that the side edges of the top wall sections have slots with end walls for alignment with the insertion lugs.

A simple design of the rear wall is ensured in that the rear wall is composed of sections of module height. However, the back wall can have other heights, in particular extend over the entire height of the box.

A non-slip installation of the box is achieved by placing suction cup-like feet under the bottom wall.

A box consists of several similar side wall parts 1, a bottom wall from bottom wall sections 2, 2 ', a top wall from top wall sections 3, 3' and a rear wall 4. These walls are normally composed of individual parts, which will be explained in more detail. All parts are injection molded parts made of a thermoplastic.

An essential component of the box is the side wall part 1, which is explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. The side wall part is composed in the central part from sawtooth-like adjoining sections 5, which form a meandering or accordion-like transverse wall as a stiffening belt of the side wall part 1. Longitudinal flanges 6 and 7 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the side wall part, wherein guide slots 8 are formed in the lower longitudinal flange. In the foot wall 9 of the guide slots 8, two windows 10 are formed in the central region. In the underside of the longitudinal flange 6, a longitudinal slot 11 is formed between end walls 25, which is interrupted in the middle by a transverse wall 12. On the upper longitudinal flange 7 there is a series of insertion lugs 13, which are alternately offset from one another in the width direction, as can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. 4. The total width of the row of mutually offset insertion lugs 13 corresponds to the width of the longitudinal slot 11 in such a way that the insertion lugs 13 can be inserted into the longitudinal slot under tension. In the area of half the length of the longitudinal flange 7 there is a gap 14 in the row of the insertion lugs 13. This gap 14 corresponds in its position to the transverse wall 12. The gap 14 is located on one side a latch 15, which is shown in detail in FIGS. 7 and 8. The locking lug has a foot 16 from which a tongue 17 with the locking lug 15 protrudes at right angles.

On the narrow sides of the side wall part, transverse slots 18 with an offset foot wall 19 according to FIG. 6 are formed.

The described side wall part 1 has an extremely high stability due to its shape. You can put several side wall parts on top of each other to produce boxes of different module heights. To assemble the side wall parts, the insertion lugs 13 are inserted into the longitudinal slot 11. Here, the transverse wall 12 in conjunction with the gap 14 causes an exact longitudinal alignment of the side wall parts 1. The latching nose 15 engages in a window 10, so that the side wall parts are thereby held together and are easy to handle together. The staggered arrangement of the windows on both sides allows the side wall parts to be assembled in any orientation.

Der Bodenwandabschnitt 2 hat außerdem Durchbrüche 21 für saugnapfartige Standfüße 22.The bottom wall section 2 and 2 'is each a substantially flat plate, which is optionally provided with reinforcing ribs. On the side edges of the bottom wall section 2, webs 20 are provided, each of which can be inserted into a longitudinal slot 11 of a side wall part 1, as is shown in particular in FIG. 1. The webs 20 are centered between an end wall 25 and the transverse wall 12, so that the bottom wall section is finished. The bottom wall section 2 also has openings 21 for suction cup-like feet 22.

The bottom wall section 2 has a dimension corresponding to half the length of a side wall part 1, so that two bottom wall sections 2, 2 'are required to connect two side wall parts. By dimensioning the bottom wall sections corresponding to half the length of a side wall part, the bottom wall sections can also be arranged offset from one another for connecting three or more side wall parts, so that the front bottom wall sections 2 each have the first and second, the third and fourth, etc. side wall part and each rear bottom wall sections 2 'connect the second and third, fourth and fifth etc. side wall part with each other. As a result, boxes can be formed with several insertion openings lying side by side.

Each top wall section 3 and 3 'has circumferential edge strips 23 and in the lateral region receiving slots 24 which are the longitudinal slots 11 correspond to the side wall parts 1 and accommodate the insertion lugs 13 of a side wall part 1. The receiving slots 24 are delimited by end walls 26, which ensure centering on the insertion lugs 13 by an end wall 26 entering the gap 14. The top wall section 3 also has a dimension corresponding to half the length of a side wall part 1, so that the front top wall sections 3 and the rear top wall sections 3 'as well as for the bottom wall sections 2 and 2' are arranged offset from each other.

Finally, the rear wall 4 is composed of modular parts which engage in the transverse slots 18 with corresponding tongues. The rear wall 4 can also be formed in one piece in the entire height of the box.

The assembly of the individual parts to the finished box is very simple. Only one side wall part is required. The remaining parts must be available in different widths. The box is extremely variable due to the structure described and can be adapted to different numbers, sizes and widths of the inserts. The slots for the box are not explained here.
