Claims (4)

  1. Récipient en papier d'emballage ou en métal, comprenant des moyens pour empêcher que le récipient glisse dans un récipient similaire sur lequel il est emboîté, ledit récipient comprenant un corps en forme de tronc de cône dont la bouche d'entrée est arrangée sur la base la plus large dudit corps, un couvercle étant prévu pour l'association avec ladite bouche d'entrée à travers d'un collier de serrage,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit collier de serrage est muni d'un brac pouvant être superposé périphériquement sur ladite bouche e qui, au moins partiellement, saillit à l'intérieur de façon d'engager d'une manière amovible avec la surface extérieure du corps d'un récipient superposé pour éviter que le récipient superposé glisse dans le corps du récipient situé au-dessous.
  2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier présente une section transversale essentiellement en forme de C avec un bras supérieur présentant une dimension plus grande que le bras de fond.
  3. Récipient, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier de serrage comprend un élément à anneau ouvert présentant un bras de levier pivoté sur l'une extrémité de l'anneau ouvert et pivoté, sur l'une de ses positions intermédiaires, sur une barre à son tour pivoté sur l'autre extrémité de l'anneau ouvert.
  4. Récipient, selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit collier de serrage peut être engagé avec un bord fixé au corps du récipient sur sa bouche.
