Definitions

  • This invention refers to the construction of an aggressive liquids dosage membrane pump. Two membranes, adjacent to each other, alternatively suck and press the aggressive liquid. While one of the membranes is sucking the aggressive liquid as a result of the pressure produced in its chamber, the other one is pressing down the aggressive liquid out of its own chamber, and vice versa. The distribution of the liquids is performed as an entirety and is situated between the two chambers. The air under the pressure of 2,5 to 5 bars moves the pump.
  • the technical problems are to make it possible for the pump: - to transport aggressive liquids - to dose (fine regulation of aggressive liquids) - to provide the material for the construction of speciifc parts for the pump - sealing - to make construction simple - easy disassembling and assembling the pump - to make the production of almost all of the parts of the pump easier - to prevent the possibility of fire, and - to minimize the energy consumption (air under pressure).
  • the aggressive liquids dosage membrane pump is, as an entirety, unique construction, which is caused, in the first place, by new solution of the distribution of aggressive liquid, which represents the point of the invention.
  • the distribution of aggressive liquid is made as an entirety with two plugs - one for sucking line and the other one for the pressing line.
  • the distribution made in this way has a very complex construction which thoroughly solves all the regulrements for previously mentioned technical problems. All parts on section I-I from figure 2 are news. Therefore, the construction of this pump is completely different from pumps at this type.
  • FIG 1 the pump is shown in three projections with the positions of some parts and structure, section I-I from picture 1 is given on figure 2.
  • This section shows the interrelated item of the parts, semistructure and structure.
  • Item 1.00 on figure 1 shows assembly of the distribution of aggressive liquids.
  • the interrelate items of parts and structure is shown on figure 2.
  • Micro-switch works in the following way:
  • the inside part of the membrane moves the valve of the micro-switch (item 2.04, picture 13), so as to close the opening (a) (fig. 13) before the other end of the valve moves the ball (position 2.06, fig. 13) and make it possible for air under the pressure to pass by the ball through the opening (b). Air under the pressure works on the part marked by the arrow (c).
  • the pump works in the following way:
  • the air under pressure of 2.5 to 5 bars enters from inside, for example, the right membrane (figure 2 and 3, item 3) and wides it. Because of the specific construction of the membrane (pict. 20), it moves to the left with its front thicker part and over connecting rod (item 5, fig. 2 and 3) pushes the left membrane. The air from the inside part of left membrane freely goes into the atmosphere through the air distributor 5/2 (item 19, fig. 3). At the same time, the left membrane produces the under pressure in the left chamber and sucks the aggressive liquid in that way.
  • the speed of the membrane movement is regulated which also regulates the flow of aggressive liquids.
  • the flow of aggressive liquids changes linearly depending on the number of cycles of the membrane in a minute.
  • the best way for economic use of the invention is: -
  • the pump is moved by the air under the pressure of 2.5 to 5 bars.
  • the number of cycles is between 10 to 60 cycles/min.
  • the flow of the pump is between 20 l/h with 10 cycles/min. to 300 l/h with 60 cycles/min.
  • the optimal work at the pump is 10 cycles/min. up to 50 cycles/min.
  • permanent magnets are installed in those parts of the two sucking valves facing each other and in the corresponding parts of the exhaust valves as well.
