Abstract

Bei einem zumindest teilweise in den Erdboden eingebetteten bzw. vom Erdboden umgebenen Hohlbauwerk zum Transport und/oder zur Lagerung umweltgefährdender Stoffe, wie z.B. bei einer Abwasserleitung, wird vorgeschlagen, die Wandung des Hohlbauwerkes (2) in eine Dichtungsschicht (3) aus einer nicht erhärtenden Mischung aus mineralischen Dichtungsmaterialien, insbesondere Tonmineralien, wie z.B. Montmorillonit, unter Zusatz von Mineralstoffen einzubetten. Um zu einer möglichst dichten Lagerung dieser Schicht mit hohem Feststoffanteil und geringem Porenvolumen zu kommen, wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, die die Dichtungsschicht bildenden Materialien trocken vorzumischen und als trockenes Gemisch einzubauen; die für die Wirksamkeit des Gemisches als Dichtungsschicht erforderliche Feuchtigkeit wird nach dem Einbau zugeführt. Durch eine solche Bettung des Hohlbauwerkes gelingt es z.B. bei Kanalisationssystemen, auch bei etwa auftretenden Schadstellen sowohl den Längs-, als auch den Quertransport von durch diese Schadstellen austretenden umweltgefährdenden Sickerwässern in den umgebenden Boden zu verhindern.
