Abstract
Die Entkohlung chromhaltiger Stahlschmelzen mit über 10 % Cr-Gehalt erfolgt im unterbadblasenden Konverter durch Einblasen von Sauerstoff als Prozeßgas sowie Stickstoff und Argon als Behandlungsgas. Es wird ein Verfahren angegeben, bei dem Stickstoff und Argon bis zu Kohlenstoffgehalten von ca. 0,06 % durch CO₂ substituiert werden. The decarburization of chrome-containing steel melts with over 10% Cr content takes place in the under bath blowing converter by blowing in oxygen as process gas and Nitrogen and argon as treatment gas.
