Description

Bei der Konstruktion solcher Anlagen hat man sich bemüht, daß in der Betriebsstellung das Aufgabeende des Bandförderers möglichst tief zu liegen kommt, und hierzu die Aufgabevorrichtung schwenkbar auf dem Fahrgestell angeordnet, damit sich das über das Fahrgestell hinausragende Ende beim Hochschwenken aus der Fahrstellung in die Betriebsstellung bis nahe an den Boden absenkt (DE-OS 32 28 735). Schwierigkeiten bestehen aber, insbesondere wenn die auf dem Fahrgestell angeordnete Zerkleinerungsmaschine eine nach unten gerichtete Ausfallöffnung aufweist, bei der Weiterführung des aus der Zerkleinerungsmaschine ausfallenden zerkleinerten Gutes, weil unterhalb des Fahrgestells nicht genügend Raum für Fördereinrichtungen vorhanden ist. Ein Hochkröpfen des Fahrgestellrahmens ist meist nicht möglich, weil die Zerkleinerungsmaschine eine solche Bauhöhe aufweist, daß die für den Straßenverkehr zulässige Höhe dann überschritten würde. Durch diese Ausbildung wird, wie bei der schon erwähnten bekannten Anlage das vorn befindliche Aufgabeende des Bandförderers auf den Boden abgesenkt. Das Fahrgestell 1 ist als Sattelschlepper-Anhängerfahrgestell ausgebildet und besteht aus einem Rahmen 2 und einem Radsatz 3. Auf dem hinteren Ende 4 des Rahmens ist eine als Prallmühle ausgebildete Zerkleinerungsmaschine 5 angeordnet, die mit einem Ausfallstutzen 6 versehen ist. Unter der Zerkleinerungsmaschine ist ein Vibrationsförderer 7 angebracht, der in den Ausfallstutzen 6 mündet. Das zu zerkleinernde Gut wird in einen Aufgabetrichter 8 geschüttet und gelangt aus ihm auf einen Förderer 9, der als Band- oder Kettenkratzerförderer ausgebildet ist, der schräg aufwärts zu einem Vorsieb 10 führt, von dem der Überlauf durch eine Aufgabehaube 11 in die Zerkleinerungsmaschine 5 fällt. Der Siebdurchgang fällt in einen Trichter 12 und aus diesem auf ein Förderband 13. An dem Rahmen 2 ist beiderseits vor dem Radsatz 3 je ein Stützstempel 14 und hinter dem Radsatz je ein Hubstempel 15 angeordnet. Der Rahmen ist an seinem hinteren Ende 4 im Auflagebereich für die Zerkleinerungsmaschine 5 nach unten abgewinkelt, während das vordere, etwas hochgekröpfte Ende 16 des Rahmens 2 mit einem Königszapfen 17 für den Anschluß an einen Sattelschlepper 18 versehen ist. Mit h ist die zulässige Fahrhöhe bezeichnet.The
Nach dem Abheben des vorderen Endes des Fahrgestells 1 von dem Sattelschlepper 18, was mittels der Stützstempel 14 bewirkt wird, erfolgt ein Hochschwenken des gesamten Fahrgestells (Rahmen 2 und Radsatz 3) um eine durch die Auflagestellen der beiden Stützstempel 14 gehende gedachte Achse mittels der Hubstempel 15, so daß sich die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Lage ergibt, in der das untere Ende des Förderers 9 nahe dem Boden und damit der Aufgabetrichter 8 so niedrig wie möglich liegt, während die Zerkleinerungsmaschine 5 so hoch zu liegen kommt, daß unter deren Ausfallstutzen 6 genügend Raum für einen das ausfallende Gut wegschaffenden Förderer 19 frei wird.After lifting the front end of the
