Cleaning and operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the drafting roller engagement position of a suction and/or blower arm (operating arm 46) of the suction and/or blower unit (16), the entire air output of the suction and/or blower unit (16) can be at least momentarily applied onto this arm (46), and subsequently hereto the suction and/or blower unit (16) can be switched onto a cleaning air flow for the cleaning roller (28) and/or the brush roller (32).
  9. Cleaning and operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in a working cycle condition of the cleaning and operating device (10) the air output of the suction and/or blower unit (16) onto a suction and/or blower arm (18) for wharve cleaning is switchable and in particular can be switched on on the suction and/or blower arm (18) shortly prior to the operation of a wharve knife (58).
  10. Cleaning and operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a pneumatically or electrically operable lever apparatus is provided, with which a grappling arm (22) and/or at least one suction and/or blower arm (18; 46) and/or flaps for switching the air output of the suction and/or blower unit (16) can be moved.
  11. Cleaning and operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that shaped nozzles which are adapted to the surface of the drafting rollers for cleaning the drafting equipment engage in the drafting equipment.
  12. Cleaning and operating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an operating means for a wharve knife (58) comprises a spring element (70) directed against the direction of operation, and the wharve knife (58) can be triggered to cut freely in the direction of operation and, immediately after the cutting action, rebounds from the spring element (70).
  13. Process for cleaning and operating textile machines, in particular high speed ring spinning machines, with a transportable suction and/or blower unit provided laterally to the textile machine, which operates upon working elements of the textile machine, characterised in that at least one operating arm mounted on the device is transported into a rest position and a working position, that the operating arm in the working position engages in the working elements of the textile machine and sucks out or blows these off during engagement and at least one further operating function is performed, for lifting and cleaning a cleaning roller, for cleaning the wharve zone and/or for cutting away thread remnants in the wharve zone.
  14. Process according to claim 13, characterised by accomplishing the function of at least one of the devices according to the features of claims 2 to 12.
