Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß die Waschwalzen eine flexible Welle aufweisen, von denen zumindest eine unmittelbar angetrieben ist und deren Bogenform durch Verstellung der äußeren Lager einstellbar ist, und daß die Waschborsten umittelbar an den Wellen befestigt sind. - Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung arbeitet mit sogenannten flexiblen Wellen, die in der Antriebstechnik bekannt sind und auch bei Transportsystemen bereits eingesetzt worden sind. Bisher ist übersehen worden, daß solche flexiblen Wellen vorteilhaft in einer Vorrichtung für die Reinigung von gekrümmten Glasscheiben eingesetzt werden können, wenn die Borsten unmittelbar auf diesen flexiblen Wellen befestigt werden, und daß so eine betriebsmäßige Anpassung an Glasscheiben beliebig unterschiedlicher Krümmung möglich ist. Das gilt insbesondere dann, wenn die flexiblen Wellen aus einem natürlichen oder künstlichen Elastomer, vorzugsweise aus einem Polyurethanelastomer, bestehen. Die flexiblen Wellen sind nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung als Vollwellen, d. h. als als massive Wellen, ausgeführt. Um die Borsten an einer solchen Welle auf einfache Weise zu befestigen, können die flexiblen Wellen kreisförmig oder schraubenwendelförmig umlaufende Nuten aufweisen, die Stege bilden, wobei die Borsten in diese Stege eingesetzt, z. B. eingeklebt sind. Zur Anpassung der Vorrichtung an die Krümmung der zu reinigenden Glasscheiben empfiehlt es sich, die Anordnung so zu treffen, daß die äußeren Lager über Hebelgetriebe verstellbar sind, die ihrerseits über einen Spindeltrieb mit Antriebsmotor betätigbar sind. Beispielsweise können die äußeren Lager an Lenkern gelagert und mittels Doppelhebelsystem in der beschriebenen Weise verstellbar sein.The driven washing roller can be driven in various ways within the scope of the invention. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung 1 ist für die Reinigung von gekrümmten Glasscheiben bestimmt. Sie besteht aus den zwei in äußeren Lagern 2 aufgenommenen Waschwalzen 3, die übereinander angeordnet sind. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind beide Waschwalzen 3 angetrieben. Die Waschwalzen 3 sind der Krümmung der Glasscheiben entsprechend gebogen und bilden einen entsprechend gekrümmten Waschbereich 4. Sie sind mit Waschborsten 5 versehen, die in den Waschbereich 4 hineinragen. - Wenn davon gesprochen wird, daß die Waschwalzen 3 der Krümmung der Glasscheiben angepaßt sind, so impliziert dieses, daß auch Glasscheiben mit einem unendlich großen Krümmungsradius, d. h. also auch ebene Glasscheiben, gewaschen werden können.The device 1 shown in the figures is intended for cleaning curved glass panes. Die Waschwalzen 3 weisen eine flexible Welle 6 auf, von denen im Ausführungsbeispiel beide unmittelbar angetrieben sind. Die Bogenform der flexiblen Welle 6 ist durch Verstellung der äußeren Lager 2 einstellbar. Das ergibt sich aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2. Die Waschborsten 5 sind unmittelbar an den Wellen 6 befestigt. Die flexiblen Wellen 6 bestehen im Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem künstlichen Elastomer, nämlich aus einem Polyurethanelastomer. Es handelt sich um Vollwellen. Aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2 einerseits, der Fig. 3 andererseits, entnimmt man, daß die flexiblen Wellen 6 kreisförmig oder schraublinienförmig umlaufende Nuten 7 aufweisen, die Stege bilden, und daß die Waschborsten 5 in diesen Stegen befestigt, z. B. eingeklebt sind. Die flexiblen Wellen 6 besitzen einen Antrieb 8, der auf ein über ein äußeres Lager vorstehendes Wellenende unmittelbar aufgesetzt ist. In den Fig. 1 und 2 erkennt man Lenker 9 und Doppelhebelsysteme 10, die Hebelgetrieben angehören, wobei die festen Punkte 11 der Hebelgetriebe 9, 10 durch entsprechende Schraffur deutlich gemacht sind. Die äußeren Lager 2 sind über diese Hebelgetriebe 9, 10 verstellbar, die ihrerseits über einen Spindeltrieb 12 mit Antriebsmotor 13 betätigbar sind.The
