Abstract

Zur einfachen und genauen Einstellung eines Druckspaltes (19) bei einem Drucker, z. B. bei einem Matrixnadeldrucker, wird vorgeschlaglen

  • a) daß der Druckkopf (2) zwischen zwei Schaltpunkten (13a, 13b) mehrfach hin und her bewegt und dabei gleichzeitig in Richtung auf das Druckwiderlager (9) vorwärts bewegt wird,
  • b) daß die Berührung zwischen Druckwiderlager (9) und Druckkopf (2) durch Veränderung eines die Hin- und Herbewegung charakterisierenden Paramters ermittelt wird,
  • c) daß diese Veränderung bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Wertes zum Stillstand der Vorwärtsbewegung führt und
  • d) daß der Druckkopf (2), ausgehend von dieser Stellung mit dem Druckspalt "Null", um den gewünschten Wert des Druckspaltes (19) zurück bewegt wird.
