Claims (12)

  1. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés pour fabriquer des volets à vantaux, comprenant un élément profilé ouvert (1) adapté à être enclenché à pression dans un élément profilé (2), pourvu pour former les montants et les traverses du vantail de volet, ledit élément profilé ouvert (1) étant adapté à contraindre les extrémités de lamelles (4), et à loger des tôles d'écartement (6), ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprenant des éléments profilés (7) enclenchés à pression dans les traverses inférieures et des lames rotatives (10) accouplées auxdites lamelles (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément profilé ouvert (1) est pourvu d'une cannelure centrale (3), dans laquelle une des extrémités desdites lamelles (4) est encastrée, et de cavités (5) le long du périmètre aptes à loger lesdites tôles d'écartement (6), lesdites tôles (6) ayant une forme rhomboïdale, le pas ou l'écartement entre lesdites lamelles (4) étant changé en variant l'hauteur desdites tôles d'écartement (6), chaque élément profilé (7) est adapté à être enclenché à pression dans les traverses supérieure et inférieure du vantail de volet, et ayant une coupe transversale substantiellement en forme de C avec des bords s'étendants vers l'extérieur,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend une lamelle en forme de C (8) ayant un logement supérieur (9) contraignant, et à l'intérieur de laquelle une lame (10) est encastrée, qui est enclenchée rotativement dans ledit logement contraignant (9), ladite lame (10) ayant un logement contraignant longitudinal (11) où un talon (12) est encastré, y s'étendant perpendiculairement et faisant corps avec un support (13) comprenant des chevilles (14), qui s'étendent dans des directions opposées, et caractérisé en ce que lesdits supports (13) sont adaptés à être fixés sur de correspondantes lames (10), et qu'ils sont interconnectés au moyen de barres à renversement (15), pourvues de trous transversaux (16) dans lesquels les chevilles (14) des supports alternants (13) sont enclenchées, lesdites barres (15) étant pourvues d'un talon réplié à angle droit (17), qui s'étend le long du périmètre sur un des côtés longitudinaux et qui comprend un trou transversal central (18).
  2. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits supports (13) et lesdites barres (15) sont assemblés et recouverts par une caisse (19), adaptée à serrer lesdites barres (15) avec les correspondants supports (13), lesdites barres (15) étant adaptées à être mues vers le haut ou vers le bas, en provoquant ainsi la rotation desdites lames (10), lesdites lames ayant chacune une rainure inférieure (20) dans laquelle une garniture d'étanchéité (21) est logée.
  3. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon les Revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites barres interconnectées (15) sont mues vers le haut et vers le bas au moyen d'une poignée à ressort (22), qui est fermement encastrée dans l'ouverture frontale (18) d'une desdites barres (15), sur ladite barre étant formés, à travers de ladite caisse (19), deux ouvertures (23) qui communiquent par une fente, et qui sont formées en correspondance de deux positions qui correspondent à la condition de lames (10) ou bien fermées, ou bien ouvertes.
  4. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend une lame fixe (24), qui est pourvue d'un talon (25) s'étendant vers le bas qui porte un joint d'étancheité (26), qui peut être appliqué, au moyen d'une connexion bilatérale, à l'intérieur des lamelles (4) du volet.
  5. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lames mobiles (10), conjointement avec le correspondant dispositif de contrôle, ou les lames fixes (24), peuvent être aussi appliquées sur des volets comprenant des lamelles (4, 28) de dimensions différentes, lesdites lamelles (4, 28) comprennent des cannelures pour contraindre unilatéralement ou bilatéralement lesdites lames.
  6. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés comprend trois éléments profilés (29, 30, 31), qui sont adaptés, lorsqu'ils sont montés sur un élément profilé de base (32) définant un vantail de volet, à pourvoir une porte ouvrante projetante, lesdits éléments profilés (29, 30, 31), en particulier, donnant un élément ouvrant frontal avec un côté frontal n'y s'étendant pas, mais qui est enclos en tout dans les éléments profilés qui forment ledit vantail de volet.
  7. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que un (31) desdits éléments profilés (29, 30, 31) est adapté à être enclenché à pression dans le logement latéral d'une partie de vantail de volet, pourvue pour recevoir ladite porte, tandis qu'un deuxième élément (30) définit les montants et l'élément transversal inférieur, pourvu d'une garniture d'aboutissemnt, de ladite porte, lesdits deux éléments profilés (30, 31) étant assemblés à 45° à l'aide de vis autotaraudeuses et donnant substantiellement une monture ouverte en `haut, dans laquelle sont logées des lamelles, un (29) desdits éléments profilés (29, 30, 31) ayant la fonction d'élément compensateur d'épaisseur pour la partie amovible du vantail de volet, et étant accouplé à la monture du volet au-dessus de ladite porte, en égalisant ainsi la largueur des correspondants montants.
  8. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la monture de ladite porte est serrée en `haut par une barre (34), encastrée dans une desdites lamelles et tenue sous tension, près de ses extrémités filetées, au moyen de deux écrous (35), la partie supérieure de l'élément profilé de la porte et la partie inférieure de l'élément profilé supérieur étant coupées, près de la zone de connexion, à environ 45°, afin de faciliter l'ouverture vers l'extérieur de ladite porte.
  9. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite porte est pivotée sur deux chevilles (38), fixées à la monture de ladite porte et encastrées dans une fente (39), formée par fraisage de l'élément profilé d'aboutissement (31), un bras (40) étant en plus pourvu, afin de contraindre fermement ladite porte dans sa position ouverte.
  10. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit assemblage d'éléments profilés en plus comprend un élément d'écartement enfichable (41), pour fermer le montant central (42) d'un volet du type français, ledit élément d'écartement (41) essentiellement comprenant un corps tubulaire, les contours supérieur et inférieur duquel reproduisent les deux demi-portions longitudinales d'une générique lamelle, et reproduisent aussi l'inclinaison donnée à ladite lamelle par les éléments d'écartement latéraux (45).
  11. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits corps tubulaires sont pourvus, sur les surfaces sur le devant et à l'arrière, de convenables projections (46) et de correspondants sièges contraignants (47), adaptés à pourvoir une connexion rigide des éléments enfichables superposés et à aligner parfaitement lesdits éléments enfichables.
  12. Un assemblage d'éléments profilés selon une ou plusieures des Revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'auxdits éléments enfichables superposés, qui d'habitude sont faits en matière plastique, de même qu'auxdits éléments d'écartement latéraux, sont appliqués, à pression et à l'intérieur, et à l'extérieur, des éléments en aluminium (48) couvrants des conducteurs électriques.
