Abstract
Das Bohrwekzeug umfaßt ein rohrförmiges Außengehäuse (1), das über Anschlußmittel an seinem oberen Ende mit einem Bohrrohrstrang und an seinem unteren Ende mit einer Bohrkrone (2) verbindbar ist, eine Pilotbohreinheit (3), die mittels einer Fangvorrichtung (4) aus dem Außengehäuse (1) aufziehbar und in dieses absetzbar sowie in diesem während des Bohrbetriebs axial verschiebbar ist, und einen bohrspülungsbetriebenen Tieflochmotor (16). Die Pilotbohreinheit (3) ist in Längsführungen (18) relativ zu diesen unverdrehbar, jedoch axial verschiebbar innerhalb des Außengehäuses (1) abgestützt ist, weist vom Druck der Bohrspülung beaufschlagbare Reaktionsflächen (5) zur Erzeugung einer auf die Pilotbohreinheit (3) in Sohlenrichtung wirkenden axialen Vorschubkraft auf und hat einen drehbar vom Tieflochmotor (16) antreibbaren, seinerseits einen Drehbormeißel (10) tragenden Drehkörper. Dabei bildet das Außengehäuse (1) den Stator des als Turbine (16) ausgebildeten Tieflochmotors und ein rohrförmiges, im Außengehäuse (1) drehbar abgestütztes Innengehäuse (17) den Rotor der Turbine (16), und im Innengehäuse (17) sind die die Pilotbohreinheit im Betrieb abstützenden Längsführungen (18) vorgesehen. The drilling tool comprises a tubular outer housing (1) which via connection means at its upper end with a drill pipe string and is connectable at its lower end to a drill bit (2), one Pilot drilling unit (3), which by means of a safety device (4) from the Outer housing (1) can be pulled open and removed as well as in this is axially displaceable during the drilling operation, and one drilling fluid operated deep hole motor (16).
