Abstract

Dieser Wäschesack ermöglicht in der Klinik den Schmutzwäschetransport direkt vom Krankenbett bis in die Waschma­schine hinein. Die Transportwege bleiben sauber, und niemand kommt mit der Schmutzwäsche in Berührung, weil sich der Wäschesack erst in der Waschmaschine (selbsttätig) öffnet und die Wäsche freigibt. Es besteht die Gefahr, daß das Personal mit Keimen oder aus dem Wäschesack austretenden Flüssigkeiten (Blut, Urin) in Berührung kommt.In practice, fabrics made of thermally and mechanically stable fibers or threads are therefore provided as the bag wall material. Bei dem Abziehen des Plastiksacks ist der Kontakt des Personals mit einem feuchtigkeitsdurchtränkten Textilsack aber ebenfalls oft unvermeidbar. Weitere Probleme ergeben sich aus der Entsorgung des keimbehafteten Plastiksacks. Entweder muß dieser mitgewaschen werden, dann ist eine Trennung vor dem Trocknen er­forderlich, weil der Plastiksack die hohen Trockentemperaturen nicht verträgt, oder der Sack muß ungewaschen entsorgt werden, dann entsteht sogenannter Problemmüll.At present, one is making use of the fact that a plastic bag is put over the known laundry bag to collect the infection laundry. Beim Auf­schlitzen können Wäscheteile zerschnitten werden, außerdem müssen nach dem Waschen die Plastiksäcke aus der sauberen Wäsche sortiert und entsorgt werden. Wird ein Sack vergessen und gelangt in die Trockenmaschine, so kann die Wäsche durch geschmolzene Plastik­teile geschädigt werden.In principle, a plastic sack could also be used immediately for infection washing. Es steht somit ein Wäschesack zur Verfügung, dessen Kunststoffmembran einen feuchtigkeits- und keimdichtenden Transport von Schmutzwäsche er­möglicht und der zusammen mit der Schmutzwäsche gewaschen und ge­gebenenfalls desinfiziert werden kann. Ein Kontakt des Personals mit der Schmutzwäsche findet nicht mehr statt, so daß hier auch die entsprechenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften eingehalten werden. Nach erfolgter Reinigung und gegebenenfalls Desinfektierung steht der Wäschesack für einen erneuten Schmutzwäschetransport wieder zur Verfügung.Such a laundry bag is ideally suited for the transport of moist, infectious hospital laundry. Der Wäschesack 3 besteht im Ausführungsbeispiel aus einer rechteckigen Stoffbahn 8, die auch durch eine trapezförmige Stoffbahn ersetzt werden könnte, wobei die aufgeklappten Sackwände 1 und 2 im Ausgangszustand des Sacks 3 aufeinander gelegt werden, so daß sie zusammen eine doppellagige Sackwand bilden. Die Längskanten 4 und 5 der Sack­wände 1 und 2 liegen beim Doppeln im Abstand a voneinander. Die beiden aufzuklappenden Sackwände 1 und 2 werden in eine Bodennaht 6 des Sacks einbezogen und dort fest verankert. Es ergibt sich hierdurch ein Wäschesack mit einem seitlichen, während des Wasch­vorgangs in einer Waschmaschine sich öffnenden Schlitz. Die Kunststoffmembran 9 und das textile Ma­schengewebe können vollflächig aber auch nur entlang der Ränder der Stoffbahn 8 fest und dicht miteinander verbunden sein.
