Abstract
Um ein defektes Wärmetauscherrohr (3) schnell und einfach zu re parieren, ist eine mechanisch verspannbare Reparatureinlage (1) vorgesehen. Die Reparatureinlage (1) besteht aus einer Hülse (5), durch die ein rohrförmiger Grundkörper (7) hindurchragt, der mit einem Kopfteil (9) an der Hülse (5) abgestützt ist und an dem anderen Ende mit einem Gewinde (11) und einer Mutter (13) zum Verspannen der Reparatureinlage (1) im Wärmetauscherrohr (2) versehen ist. Zwischen der Hülse (5) und dem Kopfteil (9) und zwischen der Hülse (5) und der Mutter (13) ist jeweils zu mindest ein Stülpring (15) angeordnet. Durch Festziehen der Mutter (13) verspannen sich die Stülpringe (15) und dichten die Reparatureinlage (1) gegen das Wärmetauscherrohr (3) ab. Mit dieser Reparatureinlage (1) ist eine schnelle Reparatur eines Wärmetauscherrohres (3) möglich, wodurch die Strahlenbelastung des Bedienpersonals niedrig gehalten wird.
