Abstract

A one-piece plastic closure comprises a lower part (1), a lid (3) and a snap hinge (6). In order to connect the lower part directly to the lid (3), the snap hinge comprises one or more film hinges (8) aligned in the main axis of rotation (10). Verschluß mit folgenden Bestandteilen: a) ein Unterteil (1) und ein Deckel (3), die durch ein Schnapp­scharnier (6) miteinander verbunden sind, b) das Schnappscharnier und zumindest die angrenzenden Abschnitte von Unterteil und Deckel sind einstückig aus Kunststoff herge­stellt, c) das Schnappscharnier hat zur direkten Verbindung von Unterteil und Deckel in der Hauptdrehachse (10) ein Filmscharnier (8) oder zwei oder mehr miteinander fluchtende Filmscharniere, d) das Schnappscharnier hat mindestens ein Federelement (14), das im Schließzustand bis auf Toleranzen innerhalb der Außenform der beachbarten Abschnitte von Unterteil (1) und Deckel (3) liegt, und das durch linienförmige Gelenkstellen (16, 18) mit Deckel (3) und Unterteil (1) verbunden ist, e) die Gelenkstellen (16, 18) verlaufen parallel zur Hauptdreh­achse (10) unter Abständen zu dieser,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:

Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale: a) die Schrägränder (22, 24) von Unterteil und Deckel haben par­allel zur Hauptdrehachse verlaufende Stufen, die in Schließ­stellung hakenartig hintereinandergreifen, b) die Stufen sind so orientiert, daß in Schließstellung die Stu­fe des formstabileren Teils (Unterteil oder Deckel) einen von der Hauptdrehachse fortgerichten Zug auf den weniger formsta­bilen Teil ausübt.
