Abstract

Verfahren zum Testen der einzelnen Ventile bei Dampfturbinen mit Einzel- oder Gruppenventilregelung, wobei die Ventile jeweils mit einem hydraulischen Stellantrieb (10) versehen sind und die Zuführleitung (41) für das Drucköl des zu testenden Ventils (5) an eine Test-Regelleitung (11) angeschlossen wird, in der ein von der automatischen Regelleitung unabhängig einstellbarer Öldruck erzeugt wird, und bei welchem durch Rückmeldung von Vergleichseinrichtungen, wie z.B. Stellwertanzeiger, die Funktionsweise des jeweiligen Ventils (5) überprüft wird, wobei der Öldruck in der Test-Regelleitung (11) mit dem Öldruck in der Zuführleitung (4') abgeglichen und erst nach erfolgtem Abgleich die Verbindung zwischen Zuführleitung (4') und der Test-Regelleitung (11) geöffnet wird, sowie Testeinrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, welche mit einer Abgleicheinrichtung (12) zur Angleichung des Druckes in der Testregelleitung (11) an den in der Drucköl-Zuführleitung (4) vor dem Umschaltventil (3) herrschenden Druck versehen ist, und bei der in jeder Zuführleitung (4') für das Drucköl zu den einzelnen Stellantrieben (10) ein Umschaltventil (3) angeordnet ist, welches bis zur Rückmeldung gleichen Druckes in den Zuführleitungen (4, 4') und in der Testleitung 11 gesperrt ist.
