Claims (3)
- Lame de dosage pour assurer par zones le dosage d'un film d'encre sur un rouleau du système d'encrage d'une machine d'imprimerie qui utilise une encre à haute viscosité, comportant une plaque (1) qui présente des languettes flexibles (3) ayant chacune la largeur d'une zone à desservir, ces languettes étant associées chacune à un organe de réglage et séparées l'une de l'autre par des fentes réalisées par usinage aux rayons laser, caractérisée en ce que :a) les fentes (7) usinées dans la plaque (1) ont une largeur(b) comprise entre 0,01 et 0,03 mm et empêchent l'encre de couler sans dispositif de recouvrement supplémentaire,b) la longueur (L) des fentes (7) est comprise entre environ la moitié et les 2/3 de la largeur (a) de la plaque, etc) l'épaisseur (d) de la plaque (1) est au moins égale au double de la course de réglage maximum des languettes (3) dont la largeur correspond à chaque zone.
- Lame de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaque (1) est constituée d'une matière élastique et présente une épaisseur (d) comprise entre 1 et 3 mm.
- Procédé pour fabriquer une lame de dosage destinée à assurer par zones le dosage d'un film d'encre sur un rouleau du système d'encrage d'une machine d'imprimerie qui utilise une encre à haute viscosité, cette lame comportant des languettes flexibles ayant chacune la largeur d'une zone à desservir, ces languettes étant associées chacune à un organe de réglage et séparées l'une de l'autre par des fentes (7), caractérisé en ce qu'on prend comme ébauche de la lame de dosage une plaque (1) en matière élastique, ayant une épaisseur (d) au moins égale au double de la course de réglage maximum des languettes(3) correspondant à chaque zone, en ce qu'on y réalise des fentes séparées (7) ayant une largeur (b) comprise entre 0,01 et 0,03 mm et une longueur (L) comprise environ entre la moitié et les deux tiers de la largeur (a) de la plaque, ces fentes étant réalisées par découpage au laser, et en ce que, après l'usinage des fentes (7),on rectifie seulement l'arête de dosage de la lame de dosage.
