  • the fabric roll 3 is rotated in winding direction with a prefixed peripheral speed and the lock devices 7 are driven only when the cutting edge 3b of the terminal edge 3a passes under said lock devices 7.
  • the adhesive label is applied onto the fabric roll, this label being advantageusly supplied at a speed coinciding with the peripheral rotation speed of the same fabric roll.

Claims (12)

1. Dispositif pour fixer le bord terminal (3a) d'une bobine de bande (3), comprenant :
   un siège (2) pour loger ladite bobine de bande (3),
   au moins un dispositif de fixation (7) pour appliquer des éléments adhésifs (8) sur ladite bobine de bande (3) et pour amener lesdits éléments adhésifs (8) sur une partie limitée de la circonférence de ladite bobine de bande (3),
   des organes de positionnement (5) de ladite bobine de bande (3) formant au moins une partie dudit siège (2) et comprenant des supports mobiles (5a, 5b) et un organe d'entraînement (5c) pour faire tourner ladite bobine de bande (3) sur elle-même,
   une zone de positionnement (2a) pour ledit bord terminal (3a) ayant une longueur prédéterminée, égale à la distance entre un bord de découpe dudit bord terminal (3a) et ladite bobine de bande (3),
   des moyens de synchronisation (21) dotés de capteurs (13, 22) pour déterminer la position dudit bord de découpe (3b), lesdits moyens de synchronisation (21) étant reliés audit moyen d'entraînement (5c) et audit dispositif de fixation (7) pour entraîner l'actionnement dudit dispositif de fixation (7) sensiblement lors du passage dudit bord de découpe (3b) sous ledit dispositif de fixation (7),
   et lesdits éléments adhésifs (8) étant appliqués sur ladite bobine de bande (3) avec la force d'au moins un organe de pression (20),
   caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine de bande est une bobine de tissu (3) et ledit dispositif de fixation (7) comprend intérieurement des éléments d'entraînement (7a) pour amener de force lesdits éléments adhésifs (8) sur ladite bobine de tissu (3) en rotation à une vitesse d'avance colncidant avec la vitesse périphérique de ladite bobine de tissu (3) qui est tournée au moyen desdits organes de positionnement (5).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits supports mobiles (5a, 5b) comprennent des bandes transporteuses (5a, 5b) entraînées par ledit organe d'entrainement (5c) à une vitesse constante et prédéterminée pour faire tourner ladite bobine de tissu (3) à une vitesse périphérique constante et prédéterminée.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits capteurs (13, 22) sont formés par un doigt (13) pour mesurer le diamètre de ladite bobine de tissu (3) et un compte-temps (22) pour contrôler la durée d'actionnement dudit organe d'entraînement (5c).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite zone de positionnement (2a) dudit bord terminal (3a) est située entre ladite bobine de tissu (3) et un organe de découpe (4) extérieur auxdits organes de positionnement (5), ledit organe de découpe (4) réalise ledit bord de découpe (3b) en tronquant le tissu de ladite bobine de tissu (3).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits éléments adhésifs (8) sont formés par des étiquettes adhésives, lesdites étiquettes adhésives étant montées en une succession sur une bande de support continue (19) et ledit dispositif de fixation (7) comprenant des organes de rebobinage (18) de ladite bande de support (19).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins un desdits dispositifs de fixation (7) est monté sur une barre (6) parallèle à ladite bobine de tissu (3) et dans lequel des organes de guidage (9) et des moyens d'entraînement (10) de ladite barre (6) sont disposés à l'extrémité de celle-ci, pour approcher et éloigner ladite barre (6) de ladite bobine de tissu (3).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel lesdits organes de guidage (9) comprennent des rails (11), disposés sensiblement dans une direction radiale relativement à ladite bobine de tissu (3) et des chariots (12) raccordés à ladite barre (6) et glissant sur lesdits rails (11).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel lesdits moyens d'entraînement (10) comprennent un moteur électrique (14) raccordé à ladite barre (6) et mobile le long de celle-ci, une roue d'engrenage (15) entraînée à rotation au moyen dudit moteur électrique (14) et mobile en translation avec celui-ci, et une crémaillère (17) fixée en position sensiblement dans une direction radiale relativement à ladite bobine de tissu (3), ladite crémaillère (17) étant engrenée avec ladite roue (15) et ledit moteur électrique (14) étant commandé pour être arrêté par ledit doigt (13) supporté par ladite barre (6) et dirigé vers ladite bobine de tissu (3).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit organe de pression (20) pour lesdits éléments adhésifs (8) est un rouleau disposé parallèlement à ladite bobine de tissu (3) et supporté par des moyens élastiques (20a) agissant dans la direction de ladite bobine de tissu (3), lesdits moyens élastiques (20a) étant reliés à ladite barre (6).
10. Procédé pour fixer le bord terminal (3a) d'une bobine de bande (3), comprenant :
   la rotation de ladite bobine de bande (3) dans une direction nécessaire à l'enroulement dudit bord terminal (3a),
   l'actionnement d'un dispositif de fixation (7) pour appliquer un élément adhésif (8) sur ledit bord terminal (3a) uniquement lorsqu'un bord de découpe (3b) dudit bord terminal (3a) passe sous ledit dispositif de fixation (7),
   et l'application avec la force d'au moins un organe de pression (20) sur une partie limitée de ta circonférence de ladite bobine de bande (3) en rotation dudit élément adhésif (8),
   caractérisé en ce que ladite bobine de bande est une bobine de tissu (3) et ledit élément adhésif (8) est appliqué par force sur ladite bobine de tissu (3) en rotation à une vitesse d'avance coïncidant avec la vitesse de rotation périphérique de ladite bobine de tissu (3).
11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit bord terminal (3a) et ledit dispositif de fixation (7) sont tous deux placés dans des positions prédéterminées, et ledit dispositif de fixation (7) est actionné, tandis que ladite bobine de tissu (3) est entraînée à rotation.
12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel ladite bobine de tissu (3) est disposée avec une section pas encore enroulée d'une longueur prédéterminée, puis ladite bobine de tissu (3) est tournée dans un sens d'enroulement à une vitesse périphérique sensiblement constante et prédéterminée, et l'actionnement dudit dispositif de fixation (7) est déclenché au bout d'une période correspondant à la rotation de ladite bobine de tissu (3) nécessaire pour positionner l'extrémité de ladite section pas encore enroulée dans la zone sous ledit dispositif de fixation (7).
