Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen atmosphärischen Brenner mit einer Zufuhreinrichtung (1) für vorzugsweise gasförmigen Brennstoff, die mindestens eine Zufuhröffnung (2) aufweist, welche im we­ sentlichen zentral im Öffnungsbereich (3) eines stirnseitig offenen Rohres (5) angeordnet ist, wobei der Brennstoff unter Druck axial in das Rohr (5) einströmt und dabei Verbrennungs­ luft nach dem Venturiprinzip durch die Rohröffnung (4) ansaugt und gemeinsam mit der Verbrennungsluft aus einer sich am Ende des Rohres (5) anschließenden Brennerdüse (6) austritt.
Um einen Brenner vorzusehen, da trotz hoher Brennraumtempe­ raturen ein Rauchgas erzeugt, welches ohne weitere Behandlung und ohne Rauchgaswäsche deutlich verminderte NOx-Werte im Be­ reich von z.B. 100 mg/m³ erhält, wird erfindungsgemäß vorge­ schlagen, daß eine Rauchgasrückführleitung (16) im Öffnungs­ bereich des Rohres (5) mündet.
