Bei derartigen Applikatoren, wie sie beispielsweise in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 34 08 162 oder - speziell als Verteil- und Reinigungskopf für Pflege- und Putzmittel­behälter - in der Offenlegungsschrift 27 06 480 beschrieben worden sind, ist bislang vorgesehen, daß der Schaumstoff­körper an den Positionen der pinselartigen Verteil- oder Reinigungselemente mit Ausnehmungen versetzt ist, die mit den Verankerungsausnehmeungen im Träger des Applikators fluchten. Diese Ausbildung erfordert neben der Stanzung des Schaumstoffkörpers eine Ausrichtung zu den Ausnehmungen des Trägers und mithin einen erhöhten Fertigungsaufwand. Hinzu kommt noch, daß die vorgestanzten Aufnahmeöffnungen des Schaumstoffkörpers von den Borsten im allgemeinen nicht vollständig ausgefüllt werden, so daß die Gefahr besteht, daß eine zu große Menge des aufzutragenden Mediums in die­sen Räumen sich sammeln kann und in diesen Nischen speziell im verjüngten Basisbereich der Borstenbündel, an denen entsprechend große Hohlräume bestehen, eintrocknet. Auf diese Weise wird der Applikator mehr und mehr zugekrustet, so daß letztendlich ein Arbeiten damit überhaupt nicht mehr möglich ist. Insbesondere gilt dies im Fall der Offenlegungschrift 27 06 480, bei der die Pinsel durch einen gemeinsamen rückseitig vom Träger des Schaumstoffkörpers angeordneten Ring zusammengefaßt sind, so daß die Pinsel mit der auffedernden Vorderseite durch die Bohrungen des Schaumstoffkörpers durchgesteckt werden müssen. Applikator für flüssige, pastöse und pulverförmige Medien, insbesondere für Kosmetika, Schuhcreme od. dgl., zentraler Massezuführung durch euinen unter dem Träger des Applikators angeordneten Vorratsbehälter, wobei ein aus Filz, Gummi oder Schaumstoff bestehen­des Auftragselement von mehreren geringfügig überra­genden pinselartigen Verteil- oder Reinigungselemen­ten durchsetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten (11) durch das geschlossene Auftragelement (6) durchgesteckt und in Ausnehmungen (12) des Trägerkörpers (3) verankert sind.1.
