Abstract

Until now, no satisfactory proposals have been made for a more reliable protection of the flexible form work used in producing essentially round concrete works below ground. It is proposed to use the joining of individual mats known from the case of lagging mats for underground work also as the tying means, made up of such joined-together mats, which interlink in a way resistant to tensile forces when pressure is exerted by the concrete filled into the form work.

Der Einsatz von hydraulisch abbindenden Baustoffen nimmt immer weiter zu. Untertage ist man in jüng­ster Zeit auch dazu übergegangen, im übergangsbe­reich zwischen Strecke und Streb Zementpfeiler ein­zusetzen, die an Ort und Stelle gegossen werden, wo­bei als Schalung für diesen Ortbeton flexible, rohr­artige Gewebeschläuche eingesetzt werden. Obgleich diese Gewebeschläuche eine hohe Festigkeit aufweisen, erscheint es doch erstrebenswert, die Gewebeschläuche auch außen noch durch metallische Außenarmierungen zu sichern, wodurch nicht nur der gesamte Setzkraft­druck beim Einfüllen des Betons in die Schalung auf­genommen wird, sondern gleichzeitig bildet später­hin auch die Außenarmierung noch ein Schutzgitter für den so erzielten Pfeiler.The use of hydraulically setting building materials continues to increase. Die Erfindung geht von der Überlegung aus, daß Ver­zugmatten für den untertägigen Grubenausbau bekannt sind, die bei Druckeinwirkung aus dem Gebirge zu einem selbsttätigen, zugfesten Verriegeln der Matten untereinander führen. Der Einsatz derartiger Matten als Schalungshilfsmittel, die nunmehr hinsichtlich der Gestaltung auf den neuen Einsatzzweck abge­stimmt sind, erbringt den Vorteil, daß beim Ein­füllen des Betons in die Schalung und dem dann auf­tretenden Druck die Matten sich gegenseitig fest­ziehen, wobei die durch die zwischen den Längs- und Querdrähten gebildeten Felder durchtretenden Teile der flexiblen Schalung ein inniges Festlegen der Ar­mierung an der Außenseite der Schalung bewirken.The invention is based on the consideration that warp mats for underground mine construction are known which, when subjected to pressure from the mountains, lead to an automatic, tensile locking of the mats with one another. Armierung für eine flexible Schalung zur Her­stellung von im wesentlichen runden Betonbau­werken, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere mitein­ander verbundene Armierungsmatten (1, 2, 3), die je aus Längs- und Querdrähten (4, 5) be­stehen, die an den Kreuzungsstellen (6) mit­einander verbunden sind und deren Längs­drähte (4) einerseits an den Enden hakenför­mig abgebogen und andererseits abgewinkelt und mit einem fest angeordneten Querelement (7) versehen sind, gegen das sich das freie Ende jedes Hakens (8) der Längsdrähte (4) der anschließenden Armierungsmatte mit seiner Außenseite abstützend anlegt, wobei der Haken (8) im Hakentiefsten einen an der Rückseite der anderen Armierungsmatte an­geordneten Querstab (9) hintergreift und der mit dem Hakentiefsten zusammenarbeitende Querstab (9) im Bereich der angreifenden Haken (8) nachgiebig an den Längsdrähten (3) der zugeordneten Matte (1,2, 3) angeordnet ist.1.
